Lived here for 4 years the manager is very nice the maintenance is excellent I call about a problem the next day it's fixed I lived at several apartment complexes and have never had service like that Very friendlyBut unfortunately I might have to move tennants have told me the rents are going up quite a bit

Land Lady is amazing, all the employees take care of their tenants and are very nice. Great area, affordable, overall the greatest renting experience I've had thus far.

Land lady is very hard to deal with. Things don't get fixed in a timely manner, no responsibility for anything accept collecting rent. Dirty carpets, terrible floors, electrical poor, maintenance crew does not know what they are doing.
