My car didn't come as clean as I have before

The automatic wash bays are always broken or closed. I was paying for an Ultra membership but I haven’t been able to use the bays I’m paying for in two months. I get that weather is a factor but all other car washes are able to operate normally and keep their equipment running. There’s also never any outside / parking lot lighting. It’s pitch black in the back by the automatic bays.

The only positive reviews here are employees and fiends. The wands take way longer than anywhere else to change function. The timers are faster than actual time. The machines often eat coins. If it’s not an emergency avoid this dump. Hopefully they will sell the property sooner than later so we can have something actually useful build on the property

The coin operated "do it yourself" wash took Mt quarter at 3 seconds left and still ended and there is no way to get the quarter back.The employee walking around picking up trash didn't care about my problem. "Your time ended"This used to be a nice car wash but I see that's changed.The coin machine also won't take $20 for quarters

Two of the sprayers were down where people had already paid, there are no attendants the token machine is out of order and this place historically ignores phone calls about problems. It amazes me this place is still in business and that it still has such high reviews. The owner must be paying for good reviews. Trust me you need this place like you need a hole in the head. Ill be making new bad reviews daily until the owners pays me for the money his wash has stolen from me.

Wash Station, Rte 30, Schererville. I arrived at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning, and was the only car in one of 8 self car wash bays. Soon a car pulled into the bay beside me, and turned music up as loud as he could. I ignored the deliberate rudeness, but soon the person jumped in front of the bay I was in, yelled 'hey', and joked about how he loved loud music. I ignored him again, finished, and left as quickly as I could. Since he could have used a bay further away to play his really bad music, I took this behavior to be a deliberate attempt to intimidate me. This is not the first time I've been uncomfortable at this facility, and will not chance going there again. The 'new' owners have allowed this place to become a hangout for loud, rude individuals. Their contact number has a 'full' mail box. Stay away.

My husband goes here all the time to wash our cars. He loves to keep our cars looking nice and clean. This is his "me time" and allows him to do one of the things he really enjoys!

I love this place! I honestly wish there were more self spray bays around, as I only hand wash my vehicles, even in the winter! Didn't even dry the explorer, just rinse, hand wash, and spray off with the wax and then rinse, got home, this is how nice she looked! I will do the final touches in the garage, looks great!

For the price, I have the monthly program, I'm very happy with this touchless wash. Every employee I've met has been friendly, courteous and more than willing to assist with any need.

There vacuums just take ur money. They no where near get the job done when it does work. The machines to get armour all just take ur money. Its 2022 this place needs some major updating. Not worth the money.

Twice I was charged $10 for 4 minutes of weak pressure washing. Posted price is supposed to be $2.50 for 4 minutes
