Chico’s is by far my favorite clothing store. I have purchased more than twenty outfits within the last two years. I have never returned any merchandise or asked for a price adjustment, until recently. They always smile when you make a purchase. But for the first time I asked for a legitimate price adjustment I was rudely received. The manager handed me my receipt and told me to figure up my credit. That is NOT my job. After I complained she did change her tune. But it shouldn’t have gone to that. I am a VERY loyal customer with a huge Chico wardrobe. Please treat price adjustments like you do purchases. Customer service is important me. I can take my business elsewhere. Shame on this manager.

Walked in looking for a gift for my boyfriend's daughter. She loves that place . Lady looked at me, made reference to not selling clothes in my size.Amd that i go get gift card at Walgreens. HOW DARE YOU JUDGE ME. I was buying for someone rlse. I HOPE ONE DAY YOU REALIZE YOU CAN'T DO THAT. And im calling headquarters
