“Very kid friendly and the staff are super kind! Kids always have a great time when we visit for events! ?This was the Easter Egg hunt they held. They had sections per age of the child, which we loved! Super helpful when you have toddlers and/or babies. ?”

“In December, 2025 I came here to see a drone and fireworks show honoring the Lady of Guadalupe.
I was able to visit the shrine of Christ passion during the event. I walked the whole path, even though it was practically 0° out and in the evening made it even colder. It was a really nice experience.
Everything is well done and each Stations of the Cross had a voice box button that when you listened, it was narrated by Bill Curtis, which was cool. The place is very well done.
There’s also very nice gift shop full of religious items.

“THis is a great moose lodge there very nice people in here im a paid member from the crown point 260 moose lodge and this moose is nice and its like cozy atmosphere friendly people cheap drinks and such I would highly recommend coming here visiting this lodge and signing up for a member its a great club to be a member of I go to a lot of different moose lodges and this one you wont leave dissapointed”

“My 1st day walking in, I was anxious of what I was going to experience, but when I met with one of the staff and took a tour of the school, I was blown away. It was clean, it SMELT FRESH! I mean that daycare smell was not there. Then the staff, Oh my! They are awesome. The superior quality of attention, love, care and education they showed and impart unto the children came natural to them. I LOVE This place and my kid is having a swell time learning, and making new friends too. Great Job!! Mrs. Burton (Exec.Dir.) Ms. Campbell, Ms. Chris, Ms. Rodriguez, Ms. Mary at the front window, Ms. Xaoyan and the entire teaching staff of woodland, you guys are the best!!!”

“Generally speaking we have a great experience.Today was an exception but it needs attention. I lost my car keys and went to the front desk for help.The woman at the desk had a set of keys but they weren't mine. I was clearly distressed and continued to describe what my keys looked like, her body language and tone changed to annoyance and contempt.She didn't have my keys and said I should go look elsewhere. I found her mannerism to be incredibly rude. Our daughter felt her service was average or below.In customer service, an attitude of sincere concern goes a long way. Offering possible solutions (e.g., have you checked the kiosk upstairs, let me note down what they look like in case someone turns them in, etc.) is even better.As we left she asked my husband and daughter if we found our keys. I felt it was insincere. When I needed help she did the bare minimum. Her tone and body language (turning toward the computer ?️ and away from me) clearly showed it wasn't her problem at the time.Car keys are important so is quality customer service.An employee at the upstairs customer service kiosk had my keys. She was polite and friendly.Again, we like the Y but this incident upset me."The key is when a customer walks away, thinking, 'Wow, I love doing business with them, and I want to tell others about the experience.'"~ Shep Hyken ?”
“So far I’ve been very impressed. I’ve been to this location a few times. My first time was the initial sign up for membership and which I want to head and did the first year upfront for the family. I feel it is better to go to a place that caters to the whole. The lady I walked with was very nice and showed me all of the aspects of the location. I thought it was a bit small, but who are we kidding? This is a town, not a Siri. There’s a small gym area. But for what I personally need, it’s a great place. It isn’t as big as the Hammond or Southlake location, but unlike those location, everything works! I’ve had a great experience with the staff so far, and it seems to be clean enough. I haven’t visited the locker rooms or even the classes. But when I do, I’ll be sure to update. So far, I would recommend.”
“I have followed the rescue on Facebook for a long time, and when I was ready I put in my application. It took a while and I did send messages asking about a handful of dogs before we were contacted. We had a phone interview, a FaceTime call, and then we met our guy in person at his foster home. His foster home was very nice and I could tell he was well cared for. You have to be patient but if you put in your application and persist, hopefully it can work out for you too! Thanks MWDR!”

“HEARTS IN MOTION Resale Shoppe of Schererville, IN is conveniently located on Rt 41 South of Rt 30 (West). It was my first visit & stopped to look at formalwear for an impromptu event. The selection was ample and prices were 50% off that day. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for but the store clerks were very helpful. The racks were stocked and organized making it easier to navigate the donations. The front of the store housed newer & vintage kitchen dishes, household appliances, linens, furniture and decor items. I thought the goblets and fancy glassware for champagnes were beautiful & some displayed up by the checkout counter. I didn’t leave with much on my trip but do plan on a return visit soon. HEARTS IN MOTION is affiliated with a charity & this makes it most valuable in my eyes. I recommend stopping the next time you are in the area.
