Terrible customer service they say a policy as a fact but can’t tell you where the “fact” is in their terms and conditions and of course they say that they are the manager and refer you to call the customer service number so that they don’t have to deal with it, but what else can you expect from cricket workers.

Worst company ever. Bad customer service they hang up on you. The lag on the internet is unbelievable. Everytime we get an excuse they are experiencing an outage. There is no reason there should be an outage for 5 months. They change our plan without authorization. Had to go to the store to have it changed back. Cricket should not be in business if they can't provide service to their customers.

Did a switch from Straight Talk wireless to Cricket and WOW Meghan the associate at this location did a phenomenal job working through the challenges of getting my switched over. Her staff was also very involved and complimented me for the wait time. This is the best experience at a phone store or with a company I have ever had! Walked in at 6:45 to pay my sons phone bill tonight. The girl had the music blasted. (No Problem) I asked if I could pay a bill. She said the Internet was down. (It’s always down around this time). I walked out she turned the open light off before closing time. Every time I come to this location near closing, the internet is down. :(
