This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here are not just unprofessional, they are completely incompetent.
I was charged for a lock I had already returned. When I questioned it, the manager tried to “prove” everything was fine by showing me receipts that didn’t even match what I was being billed. One receipt showed a charge, another showed it was voided, but she conveniently avoided showing the receipt that proved I was still billed for the lock. It felt like she was trying to pull the wool over my eyes instead of fixing the mistake.
I had to go back and forth four separate times, dealing with different employees who admitted they didn’t know what they were doing. I was even told the original manager “was new and still being trained”, but that’s no excuse when customers are being billed incorrectly. After being brushed off and ignored, I finally had to escalate to corporate just to get my money back.
No customer should have to fight this hard to correct such a simple issue. This location seriously needs better management and training. Be cautious storing your belongings here.

I was looking for a storage unit and yeah checked out cute smart. What really won me over with cube smart what's the customer service? Shalanda was very welcoming, answered all of my questions, and any dealing that I've had with her has been phenomenal. Thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it easy.

Flo was amazing to work with! She helped me promptly and explained everything to me. She helped me to my unit and showed me how to use the lock. She was very cheerful and delight to work with! Amazing prices at this location as well, i highly recommend!!

From the first day, I stopped by for information because I was moving out of a Storage Locker that I was very unsatisfied with, I was greeted by Flo. Even though somebody had called off that day and fFlo was by herself, phones ringing, she walked me through my question and answer session and I went home and immediately reserved my locker. I owned my own business for 40 years and if I was still in business, I would want Flo to be my right hand.. this might sound rehearsed but I assure you, it is not. She is genuine, and really devoted to our customers. I had an issue entering my code and she came right out and walk me through it. Every time I've needed anything she has been there with patient and a smile. Thank you, Flo.Oh, I forgot CubeSmart..... the security.,the cleanliness, and how easy it is for even a Senior..the whole facility is fantastic. I am so sorry. I didn't do this long before I've had many lockers. I will never change..
