CVS is very conscientious about service and kindness. Today someone damaged several 12 packs of Pepsi. I brought it to your attention. It was cleaned up immediately.

This was a terrible experience. Could not find an associate to help me. I asked for help by the pharmacy and was told off by the girl behind the counter. She actually said let me leave the pharmacy just so I can help you! When all I asked, is it possible that you could call someone to help me please after about 15 minutes I found a lady stocking shelves and asked her to help me. The wonder CVS is always a ghost town.

The pharmacy customer service, in person or on the telephone, is BEYOND superior! I’ve dealt with quite a few CVS stores, and this one rates top of them ALL in the pharmacy department!! KUDOS!!!!!!!

The pharmacy here is very rude. I didnt sxpect them to bend the rules for me but maybe not be rude. Was rude on the phone when answering questions and rude face to face while doing the same. He***n needs to maybe take a class for better customer service. She is not the nicest person at all. She seems like she is bothered by you being there.

If I could give no stars I would! I've used several pharmacies in the past but now my insurance decided to kick out the one place I love. Now I'm dealing with CVS. I'm on medicines that refill every 90 days and I kept trying to turn off the auto refill with no luck. They fill them too soon and I still have a ton of pills. The biggest issue I have is that when a refill runs out and I reorder it most pharmacies contact the doctors and I have no issues getting my meds. CVS lets me know they have faxed my doctors and are not getting a response. I've never ever had an issue like this on multiple meds from different doctors. I call my doctors and they say they never got a fax. I have them write a new script to send it in but CVS supposedly didn't get the doctors fax. I brought in a script and later I called to see if it was ready but they didn't have the script. I'm looking with my insurance for a new pharmacy. Even if I have to now drive 20 minutes out of my way it would be better than driving 7 min away with crummy service!

I needed to pick up a photo order in the pharmacy drive through and Ron was very kind and accepted my request. He made sure my order was there and assured me it would be waiting in the pharmacy for me to pick it up. Great experience and customer service

This place is the true definition of anarchy. Avoid this place like the plague. This cvs is in the business of disappointment and letdowns and let me tell you business is great.

Most chaotic cvs store in the United states, fire everyone and start over! Even the cvs in Alabama is managed better! Everyone that works there act like they are paying you ,bad attitudes etc. ?

I went in for a vaccine I stood there for a few minutes there are 4 people behind the counter only 1 was really working other 3 were just standing around chatting and when I did get help they were super rude and not very helpful
