“Found out that this store is under new management, but I can tell that they must be short staffed because only one worker named Bobby was in and looked to be going back and forth stocking and checking out customers, for once when I was asked for help and was not only just pointed to the right direction but was lead to it! BIG difference in customer service by far, most workers seem to be there to collect a check and go home, and are just down right rude for the most part, I hope they keep this young man and give him a raise for all his hard work! I will definitely []coming back, Bobby was extremely professional and kind, hope he stays so maybe the store wont be closed again during business hours”

“My husband and I went into the store today (Feb 4th 2023) the store looked great had a lot more than the other dollar trees around here had!The sad part is we were in the store for a hour. There was one person working which was the manager his name is nick. He was wonderful! He was doing everything the line was extremely long but he was doing his best to get everyone out the store! When we finally got up to the register to cash out one of the customers came up and was being extremely rude about the line being long he explained in a professional way, he was the only one working he had no staff for the day he was the staff and the customer was getting rude with him you could tell he was stressed out from being busy and I'm sure that customer wasn't the only one that had something to say today. But props to nick and thank you for great customer service!”
