I recently got into an accident and reached out for help understanding the process. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was condescending and came across as hostile. Because of that experience, I chose not to move forward with their services.

If I could give them zero stars. I would. This place has poor management and they don't take care of their guests properly and the new management is doing poorly. They need to close this place down. The new guy Mario doesn't know what he's doing. Take your business elsewhere.

From day one, my insurance company was difficult to deal with. Gerber handled all of the issues and reassured me every step of the way. They effectively communicated throughout the repair and made me feel valued! The finished product is gorgeous! Even the insurance adjuster said it was the most beautiful repair he has ever seen! I could not be more pleased with how well I was treated and the quality of the work done to my car! There was extensive damage and my car looks better than it did before the accident! Top notch service all the way around!

Brought my car in to get it painted due to an accident I had about 2 weeks ago. Best my car has looked since it was brand new! Called today because my son just recently got into a hit and run and wanted to get the paint fixed up. I called and asked for Tom to paint it because of the amazing job he did on my car, and the gentleman on the phone was very rude and told me just to call Tom personally because he no longer works with them. Then I got hung up on. Called back twice and no answer. This is not the place to go if you are looking for good customer service!

Update: The businesses response is the location reached out via email which they definitely didn't. Checked main inbox, spam, etc. they never contacted me once.
Spent two work lunch breaks on first setting up an appointment for estimates on some body work for my car, and the second day to meet with the estimator. They don't replace windshields even though "Glass" is in their businesses name and windshield replacement is noted as a service on their website. The front desk lady wrote down my email that the estimates were to be sent to and showed me what she wrote down to confirm it was correct. The estimator told me as I left they would have the estimates emailed over by the end of the day but 5 business days later and I still haven't received an estimate. I take it as they don't want my business for some reason - so I have moved on to receiving quotes from other auto body places.

Farmers insurance sent my car to this shop what a nightmare. it took 30 days to fix. When I picked up my Lexus the radio did not work & GPS screen is scratched/ damaged. I took it into the Lexus dealer the next day for an oil change. They took a look at radio & GPS and said when cleaned by Gerber they damaged both items by using wrong cleaning solutions and harsh cleaning. they also told me my wheel was never replaced just simply switched sides and polished. I meet with the shop manager 3 weeks ago so he could see the damage. He said he would discuss with regional manager and get back to me. To this day I have not heard back. What they did not count on is I am an attorney. Follow up Randy the marketing manager did not address my concerns. He said go ahead and sue us and make sure to address the lawsuit to him. I will be instead contacting the corporate headquarters The Boyd Group. I will then follow up with a large claims case with the Lexus dealer repair of $6500 + my hourly rate to represent myself witch will exceed the $10,000 small claims threshold. If anyone else wants to file s claim as well against this shop please DM we can talk.Services: Steering & suspension repair
