I just want to know why prices are marked up so high. Online GNC, creatine 510grams is $44 but you can get it here for 65$!? I’m disgusted. Seriously can someone respond and tell me why???

Arrived at 6:40pm when the store closes at 7pm. There was a sign on the door that said be back in 10 minutes. Well 10 minutes turned into 33 minutes. When the girl reappeared from the back of the store, she went to immediately close the register, walked to the door and said they were closed. I told her I was waiting since 6:40pm but she didn't seem to care at all. She said that she had to clean up a spilled mop bucket which I never knew it took 40 minutes to clean up a spilled mop bucket. This place is a joke and I can't believe this employee gets away with this. From the previous reviews it seems that she does this quite often.

Went here on 5/19. They close at 5 pm. I went at 4. Saw the girl close and lock the door. Just to go around the corner and fight with her boyfriend in front of smoothie king.? love it

Pulled up at 648pm and the guy was closing even though they are supposed to be open until 7pm. Watched the guy walk out and close the door. I guess people just do what they want working here.

Came at 2:15pm, door was locked and signed said “Will Return at 2:10” I guess it’s that hard to get some preworkout around here smh

I attempted to go to this store today, 3.27. Walked up and saw a sign that said be back at 2:45. It was 3:40 when I got there, I figured maybe they just set the wrong time. Waited around for 10-15 mins, watched others try to access the store. Called to see if someone might answer to know if anyone was coming back, no answer. Decided to go to another store to pick up a few things thinking maybe it would be opened back up after finishing those errands. Came back around 4:30 to same sign on door. Saw a couple other customers try to get access before I drove off.

If you aren't there by 6:45 you aren't getting in. I seen an employee leaving before closing time. Time to shop elsewhere.

Probably the worst customer experience I have had ever at a GNC. I was the only customer in the store. No assistance to find anything. Owner was behind the register doing something from a list and talking to her husband while completely ignoring me and my mother. After this went on for a few minutes we thanked her and began to leave after we realized there was no interest in a transaction.I wanted to shop there and support a local franchise owner: I went elsewhere and will never return.

Alright selection to the place, staff who work there usually are pretty chill. Store is pretty small, and mostly just has the GNC brand products and then a few of the main stuff thats sold in other places. I'd like to give it more stars as I like GNC but with the small spectrum of variety and it's location (I really dislike the crowdedness and design of the parking area for the Shops on Main) I'm giving it 3 Stars.
