“My wife and my kids love coming here. My 15 year-old goes multiple times a week so does my wife They get good workouts in and no complaints. She likes going into the women’s sauna After her workout and they are doing construction for an add-on. One thing she is concerned about is there being a coed sauna after the construction is done. She has heard that the Crownpoint location has a coed sauna, and it’s always filled with men. She has spoke with her friends, and they all do not like it and feel uncomfortable. Hopefully they keep the women’s sauna where it is and maybe just add another”

“The silver sneakers classes are awesome. Coaches make the classes interesting by changing things up while maintaining a pleasant attitude which gives you incentive to return :)
Manager Melissa is the best....greets everyone with a smile and always making sure members are satisfied.
