Editing Feb 21 to add: The store keeps telling me to contact Customer Care, but all Customer Care can do is submit a case to the store. I am being given the run-around. Do not trust this store or their management. Your words of care are completely performative, Lowe's. Do better.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from the cabinet department at Lowe's. One of their designers accidentally ordered upper wall cabinets 3" deeper than the base cabinets below them. Mistakes happen, but they are insisting this is what we wanted and refusing to accept any accountability. Their store manager, Jason, and department supervisor, Antwuan, are incredibly rude. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. PS Home Depot has the same products under different names. Diamond = Thomasville.

They seem to always have what I need when I need it. The staff doesnt constantly ask you if you are finding everything okay, which I like because that can and does get annoying when you are trying to think about your project, or deciding on project options since there are more items that look better or fit better, etc.

I like some of the products they have there. They definitely need more help, I have a hard time finding someone most of the time whenever I go and happen to need assistance. Day or night. Maybe just this store, dunno. They don't seem nearly as busy as Home Depot.

I want you all, to see what Lowe's did to us.We ordered doors back in October.My Anniversary present! It took over two months for the install team to install and left us with a job not completely done.The inside of the door they cracked the frame on top.Left all of the nails uncovered and not sealed.The outside is not sealed,so if it rains, we can possibly get mold.At first he said , he'd come back in a coupIe of days.Because he didn't have all supplies needed to finish job.I am beyond upset.And after several phone calls.And speaking to several people,And management.And trying to get this resolved.They tell us three more weeks before this job is completed.I totally didn't want to write a bad review.I'm a local guide of 13 million views of my pictures.I always try to speak to management and the company to resolve any issues.But to no avail.They say they can't help us because the subcontractors,schedule their own work schedule.But they were the ones who trusted them to install their products ,poorly! Providing very poor service.Me trusting that they use great contractors.My husband and I are trying to keep our composure over the phone.And I even went to store to show them these pictures with the utmost respect.So they can completely understand my frustration and understand my situation!And Ive gotten no where! I am sharing so that none of you go through the distress we've gone through.Hopefully they can resolve this soon.Because I vow never to purchase anything that has to be installed from Lowe's,ever again.Please go else where if you need anything that has to be installed.This is beyond ridiculous!Then when I go to their page no reviews are added. Ok wonder why! They are trying to block everyone from seeing what is going on! Please help me pray so that this is resolved quickly!Thank you!

Excellent customer service and very clean and well organized store. I come all the way from Chicago to the Lowe's in Schererville for that # 1 reason. Very safe , this store has everything you need ! I have been coming here to this store for over 20 years .

The lady with the Gray hair at the desk where you rent a vacuum has the worst customer service I've ever experience in my 21 years of life. the fact that she uses such vulgar comments when communicating to customers. the ignorance on this person was honestly astonishing that they let someone like that represent their establishment. I rented a vacuum and cleaned it as thoroughly as I could, but the bottom of the vacuum wasn't all to clean I just didn't know how else I could clean it. for the lady to catch an attitude with me is really uncalled for. Horrible customer service. Will never go to this store again.

Just Horrible !!Recently purchased online gas stove with install and haul away service.For starter's, delivery was late exactly 1 week. Secondly, when new unit arrived driver stated no install was marked or scheduled on the invoice. Additionally, he said no, we can't take your old stove, you have to make other arrangements.I should of listened to the many other reviews and shopped elsewhere.
