I am extremely disappointed. Three times this week (as its only Thursday) I have been charged more than the sticker price on the shelf. The first two times I just accepted it as I probably read the price tag wrong but today I decided to go back and check it out since it was around a 30 dollar difference. After talking to the cashier she said the price was right and the tag correct showing the 30 dollar difference. So I walked back to thr paint department to see for myself. The employee that spoke with the cashier was there and he was extremely nice and met me there. Guess what, the price tag showed 30 dollars lower than was I was charged. Now I would understand if maybe someone misplaced it but there was full stock in the same location with the incorrect price. As he is scanning them with his handheld he realized that there is more incorrect stocking and said sorry there stocked incorrectly. Do you want the cheap one and you can return thr one you bought or just keep it. I asked him since it is priced and all stocked incorrectly wouldn't I be entitled to the advertised price? He said no... I mean is this careless employees stocking the shelves or is this management or corporate hoping people dont pay attention and pay more. I have been shopping at menards for the past 25 years, I have purchased full buildings, kitchens, appliances, hundreds of doors, windows and thousands of gallons of paint and I sure hope I was not overcharged time and time again as this week it has happened three times. Sadly enough totaling approx 55 dollars. I am sorry but 55 dollars in difference adds up! I understand if it was a few cents here and there or maybe a new sale started but not at all on these past three transactions. Please watch your prices on what your paying!!!!

The old store was five star, I could find anything blindfolded, now why would you put any type of hardware on second floor? New store is horrible, should be called WOMENARDS. All the people who like it are not building anything on a regular basis.

This happened about a year ago but I came in to warranty a chisel. Went to the service desk they told me to grab a new one and come back and that's exactly what I did. When I went to the service desk I was met with about 3 loss prevention people falsely accusing me of stealing. Mind you, I did not leave the store I was standing in line at the customer service desk like everyone else. I was the only black person in the store at that time and I knew that's why they assumed I was there to steal because one of them said they were watching me the second I walked through the door. When I asked them why they said well it's not race related. I never said it was lol they told on themselves and they tried to run away back into their little room and I said aw heck no come back here because now I want to let the whole store know that there is racist loss prevention employees that work there. I recently found out that I could have sued and won big time. Next time, I'll record and sue. Now I know!!

Pathetic, you let Mary Kay ruin the work environment. I can’t believe how many good workers left just because of her attitude and how she talks down upon everyone. Excellent job management. Such a hard job walking around all day doing no actual work lol

Outstanding experience in the Lumberyard! My husband and I had a very large order to fulfill, (approximately $1900 worth for a deck remodel). Two associates helped us find acceptable boards, and load our trailer with absolutely no hesitation! They hung with us for over two hours making the task so much easier! Special callout to Ty and Taylor…THANK YOU!
Also, the woman who took our order was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist us! Another special callout to Lizabeth… THANK YOU!
We are at this Menards often and this solidifies how important customer service is in addition to the product quality!!!! I don’t often write reviews, but this experience deserves it! We will be back…..!

This is the biggest Menards I've ever been in. It's 2 floors and has over 250 rows. If they don't have it no one will. The only bad thing is it takes so long to walk through the store!

So so so disappointed. As a contractor I have spent over a million dollars in this store over the last decade. They completely botched my appliance delivery and at a time where I happen to be injured and unable to pick up the slack for them. Never called me to say my delivery was on the way (was promised a 30 minute heads up call) and so I ran a quick errand, gone for 25 minutes and they just came and fly dumped the appliances in my driveway. I really never expected such absolute trash service from Menards I have been singing their high praise to anyone who asked for years and years. Won't be doing that anymore.
