We had our mi-box for two years in storage and we were very worried about opening it up when we had it delivered to our new home, but when we opened it up everything was as we left it. We were so happy that we did not lose any of our items, would use them again! So worth the money to protect your assets.

We used Mi-Box while doing some construction on our house and it was super easy and fast. Save the day when we had to quickly empty out our garage and taken and away and stored for a few months till it was all ready. I made reservation online, received a phone call to confirm and they came within a day or two. I was billed monthly until I called to have box returned and it was returned next day. Totally saved the day for us! Highly recommend this service if need something like it.

Our family has used Mi-box twice one time for the"Mi-Bar" rental (VERY COOL). Another time for a remodel at our home. Linda and Tyanna were very helpful in supplying us with what we needed, delivery and pick up were timed perfectly and the pricing was reasonable as well .

There isn't any negatives to say about this storage company. They picked up, delivered, and stored on the dates scheduled. Nothing was broken or had any problems with either box. I would suggest them for everyone's storage needs. Thanks to them.!!

I had a great experience using Mi-Box nwi. The drop-off and pick-up were seamless. The container looked new and was clean on the inside. Also, their customer service was excellent. It's always nice to call and speak to a human who can answer all your questions! It was also great supporting local business

Very professional and extremely great and courteous customer service. Everything about my experience with them was great. Prices are fair. Not to mention just the conveyance of having the Mi- Box at whatever location you want. That's the best feature of it all. They drop off and pick up. Would highly recommend for your moving or storage needs.

We have used Mi-Box NWI several times over the past few years and have been very happy with the service.Drop off and pick ups of the units is very easy. The process was easy and the customer service was amazing! They go above and beyond to meet your needs. They answered all of my many questions, added items to my order without issue, and even offered to pickup the rented moving blankets from my house that I didn't get in the container when it was picked up! The delivery and pick-up was a breeze as well - adhered to my delivery instructions and I didn't even have to be home! I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

Wish there were more stars, as I cannot recommend highly enough! Needed a storage unit at my home for 3 months for a remodel. Was able to get an instant quote online. Unit was delivered on time by a friendly, professional driver who took great care to protect the driveway before putting down an extraordinarily CLEAN, 8 X 16-foot container. That box withstood rain, snow, wind--everything a NWI "spring" can deliver--while keeping everything inside clean and dry. Removal was equally fast, courteous, and professional. In a world where sub-par business dealings are the norm, Mi-Box NWI is a refreshing experience!
