It was one of the worst services I've ever had.1. Service was extremely slow: They took almost a whole month to change a battery n a back window2. Overpriced and under seved: The cost of these repairs is so high n the service doesn't match. Battery change: $780!!! Back window replacement: $1765!!!!!3. Miscommunication n Harrassment : I had gotten a loaner after a week from renting my rental the first week bc they were taking long with my car. That I had asked for a loaner. I was very patient only bc I had the loaner, but I wanted my car back already! One day after almost a month, I wake up to harassing text n voicemails about that I was suppose to pick my vehicle up since Friday and the loaner I had was sold n I was going to be charged a daily rental fee. I was advised of holding onto the rental for too long n not picking up my vehicle. When I actually gave the go-to fix my transfer case, n I was waiting on a quote. The servicemen, Joseph, tried to say that I was supposed to have picked up my vehicle, which led me to believe he messed up somewhere. N I confronted him about our past conversation about further repair. He tried to twist what was said n then later tried to reoffer the service again. He denied it. He somehow told them I was supposed to have picked up my vehicle when, in fact, we talked, and I gave him the go-to further service my car. I was waiting on a quote for 3 days, only to get woken up to angry service ppl that weren't Joseph. N I've told them I with night shift. I don't answer my phone till 3 pm when I wake up. N anything we do well have to plan for the next day.4. Overcharge n inconvenience : I was overcharged $500. Somehow, they didn't include my $500 deposit that I had put down on the glass.So, then it was an inconvenience for me to have to make another trip in person (Bc, they Said they couldn't do it over the phone) to get my refund back.5. Inconsiderate: I handed them my car after a car wash. I got it back the dirtiest I've ever seen my vehicle. N I had returned their loaner clean from a car wash, I had stopped by on the way to the dealership.Resolution: I was told someone was going to contact me. No one did. I called twice. Both times, the service manager was busy, n I never got a return call from both attempts. When I came in person to receive my refund, I did not get any confirmation on my grievances of harassment n bad service. I even saw Joseph and received a cold shoulder. The only person who was attentive to me was Karen. Which was an employee there that really had nothing to do with my dispute. But, she was apologetic n offered me a full auto detail in the spring. But I won't be returning for that offer or for any future services.

Joe, in service, took great care of me and my SLK280. His kindness and knowledge was impressive. Napleton, in Schererville, can always be relied upon to do the right thing for its customers (I think they consider us family).

Great service. Amy scheduled maintenance service and recall repairs. She provided a loaner car and all repairs and service was completed in one day. Well done!

Karen in the Service Department was ABSOLUTELY the VERY BEST. I have an Alfa Romeo with a tire protection warranty. She did everything for me. Because of Karen I will have a my service needs done at Napleton Alfa Romeo.

We’ve been searching for a used quality s60 for our daughter’s first car. We happened to come across Napleton Volvo during a google search. With being over 80 miles away and not knowing the dealership; we reached out to make sure they would be open. Made the long trip up to see the car and worked with Addison. Addison was at the door as we pulled into the Volvo lot, knowing we had traveled over 1.5 hours. Over the last 30 years of buying cars Addison is the kindest and most respectful salesman we’ve ever worked with. He’s a breathe of fresh air when buying a car. After driving the car I showed Addison a tire that I was uncomfortable with and Napleton Volvo offered to replace the tire the next day. Napleton Volvo knew we had just made a long trip there and offered to deliver the car to us the next day after it was fixed. They had some trouble finding the correct tire, but still got the car to us like they said they would at night. Addison was even the one to drive it to us and hand the keys off to our daughter! Great Job Napleton Volvo! You may have two new customers when mom and dad are ready for new rides!

I've had my car serviced here many times over the last few years and always had a great experience. A few weeks ago I purchased my first vehicle from the Napleton group and it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Poor customer service and I will not purchase another car from them. Only friendly when purchasing a car. After that they have poor customer service to people of color.

Terrible customer service. My Alfa Romeo Stelvio has been in there possession since July ! I have yet to get a response back from Brandon the Claims department manager. Every time I call I get told he isn't in today .When I do speak to him he promises a date and never performs. 5 MONTHS my car has been with them . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible business! Manager Brandon has given me multiple dates that my car should be done and still am waiting on my Alfa Romeo! They have had my car in there possession since July ! This company obviously plays around with peoples time and money ! Everytime I call I get run around answers or told he isn't in today . Is he ever in ? I would never take my car here again

Rough start but joe from service fixed everything. Paul came to bring me a loaner and was patient while i asked him to help with how to operate electric loaner and thank goodness! In the end my car was fixed, paul got my car back next day and joe helped get warranty coverage for the issue, and i had a loaner to use that they picked up and dropped off. Thank you!

From start to finish this team made our car buying experience an unbelievable success. We were in the market for a used Volvo S60 but didn't know where to begin. With one call to Vince we had a car located that checked all of our boxes plus some. A week later we were introduced to Holly who gave us top tier customer service and made the buying process painless. Finally we worked with Jeff to finalize things and he helped complete our purchase with the same great attention to customer service and care as the rest of the team. We absolutely love the car they found for us and feel that the low pressure / high customer care experience was second to no other car purchase we have made before.

Edit: Please check online vs what they will tell you at dealership, mine was almost 1k difference in price with no explanation besides it is corporate. I spoke with corporate by phone they informed me otherwise. Still good vehicle , the deceit in pricing though was wrong, and only ended up with a few hundred dollars off instead of what we originally thought on a vehicle still slightly above market.What an incredible buying experience at this location. I can not thank Holley, Glenn, and Jeff for giving us the best customer service and experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They were patient, and Holly took time out of her day off to come in and meet with us again to finally get a vehicle. We are so appreciative and thankful to have worked with such great people. We truly look forward to purchasing another vehicle in our future!!!

“The best, or nothing” is Mercedes slogan and that was not the experience I received from this Dealership’s Service department.The following are examples of my concerns with this Service Department:1) My service was paid for only for me to get into my car and the issue was still not remedied. Due to this, my car had to spend another day in the shop after already being there for 2 days.2) Allegedly, they do not have enough loaner vehicles to give their customers. I was out of a vehicle for 3 days.3) I made it extremely clear that I wanted to pick up my vehicle at a specific time only for that time not to be honored after having to extend my service visit another day.4)They have a pick up service, yet they seem to be stretched thin when it comes to ensuring customers are picked up on time.5)Their communication style is less than stellar.If you want a Benz great! I love my Benz, yet I would recommend finding a foreign car mechanic or another Benz Service department that values you, your time, and the big bucks you are spending on maintenance!
