Terrible store manager, Susie, Sue, Susan? Not really sure because she didn’t have a name tag and refused to tell me when she struggled to even look and speak to me when I had the nerve to ask her to look at a Tory Burch bag that was locked up. She was the only one in the purse section and before I requested anything, I kindly asked if she worked there. She rolled her eyes and didn’t even answer. I again asked, do you work here, I am looking for someone to unlock a purse. Then, without even aknowledging me yet again, she marched over to a very kind, young woman and told her, can you help this lady and pointed at me and stomped away again. I asked the girl helping me, who that woman was and she said, Susan the GM of the store. She didn’t know her last name nor did anyone else working in the store, apparently. Sue, as the “GM” of the store, couldn’t even be bothered to get the purse herself. She was busy apparently, moving carts and blocking aisles and laughing with her friends. I’ve heard this store is underperforming and I can now see it’s 100% because of the poor management which is sad, Nordstrom and even Racks have always been top notch with their customer service. This store is always in disarray, never has any good selection of items and is one step up from Marshalls. I don’t even know why I go into this store. I’m better off driving 40 min to a full Nordstrom. Even the associates on the floor at this store were not at all surprised by my interaction with Susie, more than one said they get complaints all the time because of her terrible attitude and hate working when she’s there. Here’s a tip Sooz, you work in retail, it means you have to talk to people and maybe even help them. Shocking I know. Maybe if your job makes you that unhappy and rude, take a vacation or find a new career?

I had my baby in the cart with me and went to try on a dress and was told i can’t take the cart with me to the fitting room. Idk how I’m supposed to try on a dress while holding a baby.

I loved Norstrom and Norstrom Rack; but my last experience was the worse; placed an order never received; call and spoke with Customer Service and the Supervisor; with no resolve; so I requested upper management; received a call from Dana; and all I received was I am sorry; not we will replace your order just they refunded your money this morning and I see you reordered the shoes but again I am sorry!!!! They need to train Customer Service staff (all) and teach them how to talk to customers; we the reason they have a job!!!!

Horrible customer service. I was using a STORE PROVIDED CART, pushing my child in the fitting room, where my husband was trying on clothes. An extremely rude employee yelled at me from the front of the fitting room, “ma’am you can’t have a cart in here, it’s a fire hazard, you need to” (and stopped speaking, presumably before saying leave). I fully understand life safety regulations - stationary items cannot be stored in hallways; items must have wheels. Store carts have wheels. A fitting room is handicap accessible, you wouldn’t tell a disabled individual that they couldn’t have a wheelchair in a fitting room. If my child was in a stroller in the fitting room, would I have been yelled at as well? There are also no signs indicating you cannot have a cart in the fitting room. Furthermore, I’m in this store at least a few times a month, in the fitting room with my child in a cart and have NEVER been confronted about this. Classic case of an arrogant employee thinking they are superior to other and accosting paying customers.

The shoe clearance hit the mark, and that's where you can find your ON, Uggs,Adidas, for$-$$ verses $$$$ thats what got them the four stars Happy bargain hunting, y'all

They had multiple pairs of the same shoe on the Clarence rack, they were not marked I asked the price to be told there where not on Clarence even tho there where multiple pairs on the rack. I wasn't giving a discount on there mistake, False advertisement!! Beware when shopping at this location.
