Took my dog to get a bath. Mia who was supposed to give him a bath could not be found. A manager had to go find her because she was walking around the store. Another employee was nice enough to check me in until they found Mia 10 minutes later. She just strolled in and you could tell she didn't want to be there. She did even read Bailey questions air. So she did know he had anxiety issues. She just got the leash put it around his neck before I could get his own leash off. She never petted him like everyone else has done for the past 4 years. Then she called because she couldn't finish him. He gave her problems with the nails. I should have gone with my instincts and not left him with her. They did refund my money. I won't be going back since they can't hire people who care about dogs and their work. I rescued Bailey 5 years ago and he has never been aggressive with anyone that includes children. So I have to say it's her and she did something to him. Also when I went to pick up my dog she was walking around. I had to tell her twice to get my dog. I thought I was going to have to get him myself and I would have.

I rescued a bearded dragon from here. His tail was bent. At first I was worried that he wouldn’t survive but after a few visits at the store and with support and suggestion I can say he’s doing well and seems to be happy. He’s not as active as others I’ve seen but my son loves him.

I didn't like how Madison cut my puppy hair. She knows I like to keep my baby's top and side hair so I'm able to give her a pony at the top and side hair kept as a bob look. On this particular day, she didn't do my puppy cut right.
