Did not have my size in a pair o3f slacks. Anyt other reputable store would order them for you and offer free delivery. This store charges you for delivery for not having their merchandise in their store for their customers. I walked out and left the rest of my items on the counter. No sale there!'

I was disappointed in my experience at Talbots Outlet in Highland. No one offered to start a room for me and the stack of clothes I wanted to try. After trying on several tops and bottoms I had to get completely dressed and locate appropriate sizes myself. When finished I went to check out. There was no conversation during the entire visit. I was very tired secondary to carrying my purse and oxygen and clothing. This was a first. Everyone in this store is usually very helpful.special shout out to Christina. Yes I will be back but was sad tonight and tired from the experience.

I love ❤️ shopping at talbot. The sales staff are familiar with the clothing. The store is not cluttered with a lot of clothes on the rack. Visibility of clothing articles is good. I love their jeans and corduroy slacks. They provide you with a generous fit no matter your body size or type.
