Title: Avoid this Body Shop at All Costs: Terrible Service and Rude StaffI cannot express how utterly disappointed and disgusted I am with the service provided by [Tom and Eds Auto Body]. From start, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, despite their initial promise of a timely repair, my car has remained in their possession for far longer than anticipated. Every time I reached out to inquire about the status, I was met with excuses about parts not being available or delays in the painting process. It’s clear that they lack organization and honesty in their operations.To add insult to injury, when I voiced my concerns to the manager, instead of addressing them professionally, he had the audacity to hang up on me. This blatant display of rudeness only confirms the validity of the numerous negative reviews highlighting their disrespectful behavior towards customers.Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disrespect by taking your business elsewhere. This establishment does not deserve your patronage.I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know and posting this review on every platform available to ensure that others are spared from the nightmare I endured at [Tom and Eds Auto body].Avoid [Tom and Eds Auto body] at all costs.

This is the worst body shop in the world scammers don’t fix everything Just use use parts, giving my car back with scratches paint marks all over it with a dead battery back won’t pay for the dead battery that they caused worst scammers ever do not go here ever. Please find a different body shop to go to do not go here.

From the start of my claim and talking with the body shop it all went very smoothly. They got me in quickly and got my car back in a decent amount of time. The work done was fabulous and they were all very professional.I Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an auto body shop

I got my car worked on a year ago. They installed the wrong headlight because my headlight assembly was on back order. It has been over a year. I spoke with Tom who doesn’t even work there anymore, and he assured me the part would be reordered (they shipped it back for some reason without contacting me)And ever since then I haven’t been able to get ahold of the shop or a straight answer from anyone about my cars repair. It was paid for by insurance.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The staff here is amazing. Ed went above and beyond to kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. If I'm in need of any repairs in the future I will not hesitate to return here.

Decided to try a local business and Tom and Ed's has good reviews. I have no idea how? Still having issues with them! My car was in for insurance work I also had them fix something while it was in.They charged me full price wouldn't even discuss working with me but had no problems finding a used same part for the insurance work. When I pick up my vehicle the panels right next to where they worked is filthy covered in Tar. so how could you tell that wasn't scratched or damaged also. They supposedly put in a brand new headlight but it's not working! They said they ordered a new one I called the following week to see if the had it in yet? I was put on hold multiple time's talked to 2 different people only to be told they would call me back now another week later still nothing! Terrible customer service so far really disappointing!Service: Auto body & trim repair

My tire went flat on an extremely busy highway. Anthony was polite, professional, and SO helpful. He took pictures of the tire & suggested we call the dealership so they were ready for me. It was scary being stranded, but he came to my rescue!

The young man that helped tow my CTS was careful in his approach to lifting my car into the bed. For reference, this was on 4/25 at ~8:00 PM. He arrived sooner than expected (less than 1 hour) and even called to update me on ETA mid way through.I felt like he treated my car like it was his own. Thanks for going above and beyond. I've always dreaded tows bc it always seems to take forever. This was the first time I've worked with a tow company that dis what it said it was going to do. Thank you!

I was told that my car would be ready on January 31st. Then I was told it would be ready February 3rd because they were waiting on some parts to come in. Then I told it was told it would be ready on January 31st again because they got all the parts in. By 1:00 p.m. I still hadn't heard from them about getting my car so I logged onto my insurance website where it said they had extended the date out to February 20th. So I had to call Tom and Ed's instead of them calling to notify me. To be met with an attitude because I was angry because I had to call them to find out that they had ordered two parts that were wrong and that they were searching all over everywhere to try to find them and they had found them. And it would be an additional two weeks before they got the parts and could put them on my car and it would be ready. So I was told my car would be ready between February 14th to the 20th. I received my car on February 14th. If you have your choice of shops to go to I would recommend checking someplace else otherwise it could take you forever to get your vehicle and you will be spoken to rudely.Services: Steering & suspension repair

The Tom and Ed's in Porter screwed up my rear view camera when they repaired my tail gate, the denying doing it. They told me (the shop manager) to take it to a dealership for repair since they knew nothing about how cameras work, but said they would not compensate me for the repair bill. The camera worked perfectly before they removed and replaced it, now it is pretty much just a "blurred" image. I gave a 1 star rating only because i was unable to give them a 0 or -5 rating..
