As promised by the next morning brake issue had been diagnosed, repair cost quoted and after thoroughly explaining repair all needed was my authorization. Whether you're looking to hammer the throttle, yank the front tires and bang those gears blasting down the dragstrip or even if you just need to have a severely rusted and froze-up neutral safety switch replaced on a 24-year-old daily driver, like I did, this is the ONLY place to go, and Mike is the one and only guy you need to talk to. If you need transmission or differential work and just like our old pal Diogenes, you're walking around in broad daylight with lit lantern held high while, "looking for an honest man", do yourself a favor. “USA Muffler is my go-to spot whenever I’m having issues with my Chevy Equinox. I work construction and I’m constantly driving through rough areas, so my exhaust and muffler tend to take a beating. Every time I bring my car in first thing in the morning, they pull it right into the garage, quickly find the problem, and actually bring me back to show me exactly what’s going on. We spoke with Tom Williams, and he diagnosed the issue and test drove the vehicle, confirming it was not transmission-related; he was able to give us the code and then cleared it for us so that we can transport our car closer to home. He could not have been nicer and explained potentially what was happening with our car. Our vehicle is a 2012, with 168k miles. We 100% recommend the use of this shop - nice people.”
