Was checked in at 5:20 it’s now 6:46 and 4 employees clocked out in that time frame and are not notifying any customers that there is only 2 people servicing 5+ customers for the last 15 minutes. Horrible service I’ve been with Verizon since 2021.The workers in the store are short with the customers. Management should consider this type of behavior when a customer asks for a manager and one is not available.

Jocelyn has performed miracles for me. She has outdone tech coach and I. Store reps. Just a half hr with her has saved me not going to att or t mobile with my frustration. You should promote her and u utilize her u her utilized skill sets.

I had an issue with one of my lines not receiving phone calls. I was dreading going into a store to get it fixed. However, I was pleasantly surprised my experience was painless and smooth. Jocelyn was super friendly and patient trying to troubleshoot the issue.

I had an outstanding experience with Jocelyn at Verizon in Schererville! From the moment we started speaking, she took the time to truly understand my questions and concerns. Her patience, professionalism, and clear communication made a big difference. She not only answered everything thoroughly but also guided me through upgrading five phones—making what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and stress-free. Jocelyn went above and beyond, and her excellent customer service deserves recognition. Verizon is lucky to have her!

TERRIBLE customer service. Do not go there if you need any assistance with your plan. Waited 45 minutes to get checked in then was told to call a number to switch accounts. The employee told me they couldn't do it in store even though I called customer service who told me to come in the store. Went down the street to the highland store. Walked in, no wait and they helped me switch accounts. They even said that it can be done in store. Apparently this location has new management and it is CLEAR. This store used to be good now they are AWFUL.

I really appreciate the great customer service that's consistently given at this location. They all work as a team, and exhibit superb customer service. Verizon's customer and service is second to none. Thanks for making my shopping experience perfect. I got an outstanding deal on a watch to go with my phone. Love it!

The location lists the wrong store hours. It says on Google that the store closes at 7 PM. We showed up at 6:09 PM, but the store employees decided to close the store an hour early. This is a huge waste of time and money for customers because of this poor behavior. Verizon responded saying their hours have been updated, but their website and Google still says 7 PM closing. I am curious why then that the store was closed when we showed up at 6:09 PM if the store doesn’t close until 7 PM. Mathematically this doesn’t make sense.

Store hours are basically at the employees’ discretion and do not match hours listed on Google. Currently they’re opened to 6 pm max. If you can go somewhere else do. The wait time are ungodly since they have a limited set of employees available during the store construction.

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would! I have had a terrible experience at previous Verizon stores but this location helped me with everything I needed and more. Madison was so friendly, listened to my concerns, and made this headache of an experience so much better. I appreciate this location for all their help and will be returning to this location and this location only!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! You don't deserve the 1 star I am giving to leave this review. The white woman in the front does not know a thing about how to switch devices, start new service, or make changes to an existing account. Yet she still has access to all of that..She is the reason why I am dealing with so much drama with Verizon. Thanks Random Verizon employee... FIND A NEW JOB PLEASE!!!!! Such a shame. I'll be switching services and NEVER look back! Garbage customer service here.

This is 0 star review for VERIZON and 5 star review for Ramirez Ariel this is the only person that is always able to take care of our Business Account whenever we have an issue. This is the only knowledgeable lady in Verizon that i have ever dealt with. Non of the assigned "supervisor" or "manager for your account" are going to help you. They either don't answer or you get the automatic reply on email that they are on vacation. Company definitely have internal issue with employees that they have no clue of what they are doing. Not to even mention that employee at 1245 Torrance Ave in Calumet City, IL provide me a phone number for scammers as i Customer Service number, because of course she couldn't help me to unlock my online access.
