Josh was so helpful. Hubby needed a new phone. Josh was actually able to reduce our monthly by 60 dollars a month even with this purchase. Great customer service from him, and we will be back soon for my new phone. Ask for Josh. He is really knowledgeable and friendly.

Ask for Josh!!! Not only did he take the time to help me and guide me through a call I had to make to the technicial support (never fun everyone knows and Josh made it not only easy, but fun!) But then walked me through my plan, showed me what I can do to lower my cost, and did all that while letting me know about other offers. Never was pushy or impatient with me, Josh completely blew me away with his amazing customer service and I now will be a loyal customer to this Verizon as long as he is there!! Seriously, someone put him in charge of training people!! The end.

I went in and thought Dominique was great initially. I made it clear I did not want to purchase mobile protection while buying a new phone. She "accidentally" added it, said her tablet was glitching and she had to start over. She showed me my bill would still be the same and she could start over or I could just trust her that she fixed it. I trusted her. Checked a few days later, she did add it. If you deal with her, be cautious and don't get taken advantage of like I did. Review the bill before signing.

I went to the store to pick up a specific phone. An employee at the Merrillville store had called ahead to make sure they had this phone. When I got there no one greeted me. No one said anything to me and I waited for over an hour. During this time the store closed and locked up the doors. I was the customer waiting. When one of the three employees in the store finally asked me what I was there for I told her a new phone and that a gentleman from Merrillville had called and said you had the phone I was looking for. She went in the back and came back out and said they didn't have the phone. The manager tried to tell me that maybe someone bought it. It only took me 20 minutes to get from Merrillville to Schererville and I waited for over an hour and watched them take care of four other customers. If somebody bought had bought that particular phone you would think one of them would have remembered that. They were rude and didn't care about me at all as a customer. It seems that the customer service for Verizon has gone way way down in the 30 years that I've been a customer. I will never go to that Schererville store again.

Dominique was so amazing. She was a joy. Very light spirited. Shifted the entire atmosphere and energy of the store when she walked in. If you come to Verizon please ask for Dominique or Chuck won’t be disappointed.

Verizon Schererville has been nothing but 5 stars! I had a business account that was less what we expected, not good at all… honestly, this store has changed our view and experience completely!! Luca the Manager was refreshing ..service focused and did nothing but resolve issues and resolve concerns.. Dominique was my sales professional and she was pleasant and assuring… she was honest, direct and genuinely she wanted what was best for our needs as a customer.. we all have choices and face challenges…I chose Verizon Schererville.. this group is hard core focused on actually helping you as a consumer.. this is my 1st choice and the best choice!!!

Blonde lady that closes tried closing the doors on customers before the store actually closed. The tone of her voice was very rude to the poor customer I can’t believe they let these type of people work here. If you want to leave your amazing job so fast why even work here I can see why the recent reviews are bad.

Grant is Great. Helped me out. Helpful, smart, professional, friendly. Went the extra mile for me. Thank you again, Grant. Other customers in the store seemed really happy with the service they were getting from other Verizon techs.
