Made an appointment to get a flu shot. Had an insurance they didn't take, which is fine, but they said can't give flu shots at all

Store was closed an hour early today. Backstory: there in my girlfriends car, we just needed a few things for tonight and we pull up to Walgreens and the night are on, but the door is locked. It looks like there was nobody there. We checked the time and it was only 9:03. What an inconvenience.

My husband and I have lived here for over 20 years and Walgreens has been our go to drugstore forever. We will not be doing any of our shopping at this location ever again, all because of one very rude lady at the register. Her name is Patti, not sure of the spelling, but she needs a few classes on how to behave to the paying public. WOW, and we did report her to corporate. These are tough times for all of us, very stressful, but I find it best to be kind to people and lose the attitude because you never know what someone is going thru. The rest of the employees are wonderful. We will miss going in there, Patti is not good for business.

This Walgreens is not only outdated the lady working last night is rather suspicious of the darker complexion. Ugh. I hate to even write a bad review but sometimes we just have to shed light on how people are acting, otherwise they will never learn. I had to take my pooch over to the vet last night for a quick dressing change at the last minute and since it was going to take a bit of time Because they were in surgery taking care of someone else's little loved one, I knew It was going to be a wait. But that's fine, I just decided to go over to Walgreens and grab some little diapers for my little fur baby so when they got done we could go home. All irrelevant. So I'm looking trying to find the best ones since it has been some time since my youngest child hasn't been in diapers in years. I needed help. Looked all over the store for an associate, and all but yelled "hey I need help!!!" Still nothing. Down the single aisle Of baby stuff I go. So I finally decide on the honest company diapers, now time to debate on wipes. My husband saying nooo he refused to pay $20 for a bag of wipes made with water. Lol. So we were coming to an agreement on huggies simply pure something or another, when I notice the cashier standing closely behind my husband. At first I think it's some random broad trying to "push up on him". Ha ha. But no.... this woman is eye balling him like he is trying to steal some diapers. Not funny. Meanwhile we have suburbia mom stuffing lipstick in her pockets on the next aisle and this woman is worried about my husband trying to take something. I wanted to just walk out and be disrespectful to her how she was to him. But that not who I am. So I went ahead and got the diapers and wipes for my fur baby and left. Never, ever, ever, ever will I ever grace this place with my presence again. I know it's ugly to say but I hope suburbia mom shoplifts them right on out of business!!! No I don't because that would be wrong too. I hope she gets caught and then Walgreens they realize this woman is a liability, not an asset. Good riddance! I do not recommend!!!

There was only one person working the registers. There was a lady in front of us whose card didn't work and she left without paying and without finishing her transaction so her stuff was all still on the screen. Then it was our turn. The cashier didn't know how to void it and needed a manager but just kept messing with the register and made us wait. We waited around for this whole process and it made no sense to have to wait and have a manger called to every little thing.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a dumpster fire. The staff are rude, unhelpful and slow. I had surgery my husband went in for a script and they had me waiting 3 hours in agonizing pain just to tell me they didn't have it. That's just the first of many issues I had there. I can literally walk to this Walgreens from my house but I plan on switching to cvs. The store employees are nice and helpful it just has a god awful pharmacy!
