Should've read others reviews before I chose this Walgreens pharmacy after my move to Indiana. It took 3 days (and counting until i got involved) to get an order verified by my doctor. I called a different walgreens, and it was verified in under 3 hours. Big difference!!! Not to mention their phone system is always down. When the phones do work, the staff take forever to answer and are clearly severely understaffed. No attention to detail and do not follow up. I happily transfered all of my business to the Dyer location where I've heard has MUCH better service.

Always busy but staff is friendly and helpful.. especially Hilda! Nice selection of cards for ever occasion and wrapping paper too. There's also a little of everything you might need for a quick grocery stop..eggs, milk bread and some pantry items.

The historical marker on the front wall about the historic Lincoln Highway is very interesting. Very nice that the store provided space to display this important region history.

Pharmacy person repeatedly said 'no problem' instead of thank you or you're welcome or anything else. I think it's rude and inappropriate.

I had to pick up a prescription for my 18 month old daughter. I waited 10 minutes until someone came to the drive thru window. At this time my daughter was crying. I then waited 15 more minutes for them to come back with the medication. Not that it matters a lot but when I called in the prescription and they said it was ready they said the cost of the medicine was going to be $5 but then when I get there it was $15. Please get your pricing right and please focus on customer service specifically when there is a baby screaming in the background. Absolutely a terrible experience.

Went for COVID-19 test. Instructions and reminders via emails were detailed and clear. Pharmacist Christian at the drive-thru window was very professional and cordial. Result came back in a timely manner. Definitely 5-Star!

Given instructions for drive up testing but no one told us to where to go or that it was supposed to be in the pharmacy drive through. Tried to call the store for help and when we finally got ahold of someone they hung up on us. This happened three times. We finally got ahold of a manager and he didn't seem to care. He just said "good luck with that".

I want to give this place a better review because it's a great Walgreens, however, this one star is for the pharmacy. Call to refill a prescription using the automated system and you're transferred to one of the pharmacists. The only problem is that they put you on hold indefinitely. They NEVER answer the calls.

100 stars!!!! Came in 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday night trying to fill a prescription for an eye infection. This location didn't have the medication in stock but Susanna (Sue!) in the pharmacy started calling all of the pharmacies nearby until she found one that was open that had it in stock for me. I have never ever had someone go so above and beyond for me. I appreciate it so much because I'm in so much pain and am so happy I won't have to wait until tomorrow to get some relief. Thank you Sue!!! You are amazing and I will definitely be back next time I need anything!!!!

4 days after my prescription was called in, it still isn't available. I tried calling the store and the pharmacy didn't answer 3 different times. The person working the front that answered the phone was courteous (he is the only one that deserves a star). I would have left no stars at all otherwise. He tried to transfer me and even checked on me after a few minutes to see if it was still ringing. This should never happen to anyone as my pain level is about to put me in the ER. I am a single Mom and a Grandma. There is no reason this should ever happen to anyone, and if there is a problem with a script...they should call the customer to let them know how long it will be. What if this was a necessary script and could kill someone if they go without it??? Lawsuit waiting to happen. I have been with Walgreens my whole life, and I am about to transfer all my prescriptions to CVS!

The pharmacist was very ignorant today! First he took me 10 mins later. I had a call, I’m an area supervisor for a medical office. I asked the person if i can call back. I got off the phone and said sorry. He proceeded to tell me I’m healthcare professional that i was rude for being on my phone! I was sitting in the waiting room on the phone with one of my employees when he called me back, 10 mins late! He may be a good pharmacist, but horrible people person!! He was working today, i had my appt at 10am! I will requesting to get my next shot from someone else!
