Dr. Sends prescription for my ear infection. Paid for delivery, never received my order. Come to find out they sent it via Uber. Call the pharmacy and the pharmacist with an accent told me to call Uber and find out where it is since I paid for delivery. Need I say I wasn't the one who used Uber in the first place and couldnt get any information. Never going to use Walgreens again. Customer service was horrible.

I absolutely love my Walgreens here in Schererville they’re all so friendly, and very helpful. I’m always visiting the pharmacy and never have I had a problem or felt they didn’t care. They’ve always got an ear to listen if you’ve got a concern or any question or just a simple “ how’s your day or enjoy your day, and take care or feel better” ❤️🩹 that’s how ALL pharmacy’s and stores should be. So thank you Walgreens Schererville for making my visits great ones. 🥰

Not nice to see a manager (cashier) hand the person in front of me their card back, but slap mine down on the counter and push it to me to pick it up...I guess rudeness is not part of Customer service training...or maybe not that specific. Hope it wasn't something else, ijs

Probably the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever encountered. One of the pharmacy techs conveniently deleted a prescription for my child after she told me I’d have to contact a different pharmacy due to insurance coverage and get it transferred. Our attempt to transfer was unsuccessful due to her negligence and we have yet another day of wait before we can relieve his symptoms! I’m not big on posting negative reviews but this was very upsetting.

Can get decent deals when items are on sale. Majority of the time there is a wait when picking up at the pharmacy, waited probably around 10 minutes yesterday before I was helpful with only one person before me and the drive thru customer that seemed to be holding up everything.

Store was closed an hour early today. Backstory: there in my girlfriends car, we just needed a few things for tonight and we pull up to Walgreens and the night are on, but the door is locked. It looks like there was nobody there. We checked the time and it was only 9:03. What an inconvenience.

I am subscribed to Walgreens emails and constantly get coupons for free photos, so my amount due is $0. It is really annoying when the photo clerk just hands you the free photo and then makes you go in the regular line to check out that is always quite long. Is it that big of a deal to run the photo register super quick to just let the customer get in and get out? There's no currency exchange or credit use with a $0 purchase.

If the merchandise want so overpriced, as it is in every Walgreens, I would give five stars. Walgreens is a pretty good store. This is also a good, safe location. They do not accept HIP Anthem insurance, for anyone looking for a new pharmacy. They do accept MD Wise though. Copays aren't too terrible either, however, I recommend using a prescription discount card in tandem with your insurance.

Everytime I have to deal with the pharmacy it's nothing but a pain. The techs are rude and have no idea what they are doing or how to talk to patients. I don't think anyone there knows what is going on.

The girl at the register zayiah was not friendly at all. Even after I spoke to her she still did say anything.. common at this Walgreens! oh well

RAAD , so this guy wants to take his job as a joke and laugh at his clients problems . Luckily he heard me in person and I hope you guys watch the recording on how he laughed about my infection. RAAD i hope you guys deal with the situation in the most professional way . I’m disappointed at management allowing a child to work at your pharmacy . RAAD is his name . New employee .

Walgreens on Rt 30 and 41 is a far superior operation. Such ease ordering medication. Very friendly.
