July 2025...One checker. Carts are full. Asked for more checkers. But there were Enough for self check . Terrible service. When I finally got checked out, there were 8 carts waiting behind me, trying to check out. Management, no where to be found. E ery customer was upset. This isn't a once in a while thing. Goes on all the time. Also, I even had a checker who was texting and checking out at the same time with customer before me and myself. If nothing else management can check security cameras to see what is going on.

Just a few minutes ago, there was a black woman at the self-checkout who was disgusting. When I scanned the wrong number and asked for her help, she ignored me. A very ugly woman.

It was the fastest I have shopped. Employees everywhere, willing to help find my list items. I was in and out! Self check out was not crazy like most Walmart. The lady was ready to fix my double scans without getting mad at me. Lol Everything was clean and organized. The floor by the food was stinky but I'm sure they will fix that before someone complains.

Everything I was looking for was so mixed up in the underwear department. Staff was friendly. Another of packages were ripped open. So confusing. We need Walmart. I hope they get it together.

The women at the door at 8:13pm on July 18 shouldn't pick people out who she want to greet or not want to greet. We are all the same please don't look at certain people and speak to others.?

People, ANSWER YOUR PHONE! This store has good stock, great prices, but customer service has gone way down--both in the store and, especially, when trying to reach them by phone. I waited about 20 minutes yesterday for someone to open a locked case for an item costing under $5.00 ? When you call, it's an automated operator, you NEVER get a real person - just endless ringing. The hardest-working person I saw was Tina, who was emptying the parking lot trash bins. I stopped and told her how I appreciated her hard work. She was friendly and was doing a great job.
