“I had such a pleasant experience here last night…. I was on a hunt for some Xmas gifts for my family but was having trouble finding what was on the list. I asked an associate for some help and she went above and beyond with help looking for what I needed. Also the store wasn’t as crazy and they had plenty of workers I was asked several times if I needed help. Which was nice! For being Black Friday I was happy with what I found!”

“I love ❤️ shopping at talbot. The sales staff are familiar with the clothing. The store is not cluttered with a lot of clothes on the rack. Visibility of clothing articles is good. I love their jeans and corduroy slacks. They provide you with a generous fit no matter your body size or type.”

I think they have like a couple men's accessories like a chain and bracelets but not much of a selection. Their clearance prices are anywhere between like $2 to $4 like really excellent prices and quality. Customer service was overall good nothing outstanding but I can't complain about anything either.”

“I had such a great experience with Lane Bryant associate name Lisa in the Schererville location.... from walking in the store she was so friendly, took measurements, took her time and helped me while helping others with my purchase of 2 bra's today..and also helping others with their purchases....definitely going back....awesome job Lisa.....”

“The young Hispanic woman at the cashier was an absolute superstar. So personable and helpful. Very encouraging to her other associate working the floor and helping her do other tasks. She had a huge line and was getting everyone out so fast. Genuinely so nice and welcoming. Very disarming. I made sure I let her know when I got to the register as well. I did the survey on the receipt as well to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Please make sure to give her a raise or promotion. Both is what she really deserves. You all should be very grateful to have her as a team member. She’ll be the reason you have a lot more returning and HAPPY customers. Get her to train other employees too! She’s the best example to lead.”
