“There is usually a line when we go, but, it's expected on payday, Fridays. However the banking part of it is friendly and as fast as they can be for once again being on usually Fridays. During the week when we have had to do business it's been significantly faster. I don't bank there personally, but, my husband has his personal account there, and he says he wouldn't bank anywhere else.”

“I had some issues and originally posted a low review but not only did the manager reach out personally and apologize, she periodically messages me to ensure everything is good. Every place has a bad day every once and a while. They have really went above and beyond since then. Centra seems to have that small town feeling where they get to know you personally and real try to work with you. I bank with several other banks but Centra is my go to now. They also have the best rates on loans and you get loyalty money if you bank with them. They also have a credit card that earns you points when you use it.”
