i went in to get my nails fixed because i had gone to a different salon and they did a terrible job. when i went to casey’s i told them my problem with my nails and they fixed them and made my nails look great. the white nails are what i started with and the french is what i walked out of casey’s having

On a whim, I went to Casey Nail seven weeks ago and had a wonderful experience-no waiting, a relaxed pedicure, and a caring young man who did an excellent job-so I decided to give them a try again last week. Never again! The lady who did my pedicure never asked me about water temp, she was too busy texting someone. About five minutes into the pedicure she called someone and talked to them for 40 straight minutes while doing my pedicure. She was very rough, forgot what she was doing repeatedly (clipped my cuticles twice, only massaged one leg, asked me three times what color I wanted, etc.) When she put the towels on my feet she did not shake them out first and they were scorching hot, she put them on and walked away, while I shook my feet up and down to cool them off. She repeatedly stopped what she was doing, and looked around to make sure everyone else was working, so I have a feeling she was in charge that day. The worst part was after I got home I looked closely and there was nail polish all over my cuticle areas, she had cut me in one place, had left my toenails uneven, and had missed polishing several places. She simply was univested in doing my pedicure. In 15 years of getting pedicures this ranks in the top three worst. I won't be back.

I've been to Casey Nails four times now and each time has been great. I've gotten a gel manicure 3 times and a pedicure once. I haven't been disappointed with any of these visits. The color choices are extensive and come in a variety of styles, such as regular color, gel color, chrome and cats eye. The manicure is simple and worth the time and money.
The interior is surprisingly calming. I started getting my nails done as a way to relax and this establishment was a great choice. Even if you have to wait it's never very long. Today, I was fourth in line and was in the chair within 15 minutes.
The nails techs are very efficient and match your energy. I'm not terribly talkative and I haven't felt pressured to keep a conversation with anyone.
My favorite so far has to Mey. She did a wonderful job on my most recent nails and gave me exactly what I asked for. They are definitely worth the price.
They are friendly here and do a great job of giving you what you ask for.

They did a really great job on me and my daughters nails… I don’t know the name of the person that did my daughters but James did great on mine… they were very family friendly with clients who brought their children in with them. Every time I’ve gone into this salon I’ve had a great experience… highly recommended…
