EDIT -- It's difficult to do anything at this location other then stand and wait. Pretty frustrating when people wanna chat or do an hour worth of business at the counter. This new design is terrible. Definitely not Covid friendly. Only 2 tellers and one of those ATM's where you can talk live with a teller. The design before was laid out much better and things moved quicker.

They brought my niece home after her stepfather had a seizure in Walmart. Officer's Rutherford and Hall are so fantastic that they even helped us carry in the groceries. thank you so much guys. You're the best.

I really wish you could make to were we could order the items the inmate needs online like other jails so we know what they are getting and what our money is going towards vs sending them money and them using it all up talking on the phone. Being able to email them, video chat, other benefits that many other jails have but for some reason Scott county doesn't. Were their at is were they need to be & hopefully they learn their lesson but having stuff like this would not make it easier on them, but their families, and would prevent them from taking advantage of their family members that are sending them money.
