Just got the run around, went up there physically and called about 4 times and they just won’t order parts and front office lady keeps telling me she doesn’t know anything and she’ll call me later in the day a week later I still haven’t received a quote or a phone call

For context: I'm only 19 years old so haven't had any wrecks or anything but had someone rear end my car. The staff at SCAC is awesome and explained everything to me in great detail. My car was done within a few days, and they even detailed the interior and washed the car for me. I highly recommend them, they are very friendly people and made everything easy to understand.

They were in charge of putting a new top on our Mustang due to damage that had been done from a semi tire. The new tire that has been placed on the Mustang has been frequently leaking basically raining since they did the install - to the point that we had to redo all of our interior in the Mustang, I was then told this week that the incorrect top is not on. Now I don’t know if they rushed the job because we had a week to move but I gave them the option to refund us so if work was going to be rushed and done incorrectly then the refund should have just been completed. The guy who runs it is so nice I really trusted them to do a proper job and I’m so disappointed and now we need another new top put on correctly - it’s been a non stop headache. I plan on calling this week for more detail on what they did.
