Went to this location to see if I needed a new battery or just to charge it. My husband had to jump the car so I could drive it up there. The guy was not friendly and told me he was alone so he couldn't help at all. I was stuck in the parking lot for almost an hour while I waited for my husband to come up there and jump it again to get home. The guy acted like he didn't care that I was stuck, offered no help whatsoever, and didn't even apologize. Terrible experience. Would never go there again.

The location on Charlestown road. I would highly recommend it. They are helpful and friendly. 1000000 % more efficient and knowledgeable than the location on Grant Line. I would say a solid 10 out of 10.

I was given the wrong brake pads. No big deal stuff happens. So I tried to exchange them and they told me I had to return the old ones and purchase new pads. The money won't be back in my account for 7-10 days. Not happy that my brake pads cost me twice the money they should have because of their mistake.

Little buddy behind the counter losing his hair has an attitude problem. I'll take my business to the O'Reilly's down the street from now on and suggest you do the same.

It is 12:39 PM here in southern Indiana on June 11, 2023. I couldn’t get the name tag on the gentleman but he was very unhelpful. He was wearing a gray shirt with glasses but was an older gentleman when I asking him what is the best oil for my vehicle, when I asked him the difference between 5W 20 and 5W 30. His response was “mark whatever your car takes” I told him that from what I was reading in the owners manual it could take either one 5W 20 or 5W 30. He simply could not help me out and figure out which one was the best. All I want is good quality I’m willing to pay $100 for oil if I have to as long as it is good quality and the right one but unfortunately he had other plans on hanging out in the back while somebody else ran the front. Keep in mind there is only one customer in the store at this time besides me, he was very rude and just acted like he didn’t want to be there. And that’s fine not all of us want to work but we’ve got to pretty unprofessional response for somebody in a gray shirt that I believe is some sort of management I will continue to support AutoZone but not the Sellersburg store .

We were on a day trip from Indy when we got a flashing engine light. We found the AutoZone visa Google maps to get codes read. We found that there was an issue with a spark plug. The employees were so helpful in loaning us the tools needed to do the job. They even returned my husbands PopSocket that popped off his phone while looking up instructions for the job. The people on this shop were a huge blessing to us today. They helped lessen our stress in a very stressful situation. Our car is much happier and we were able to continue on our trip! Thank you so much!
