We purchased a new Super Air Nautique GS22 from Dry Dock Marina in the spring 2023 and had a great purchase experience. Initially we started passively looking for a larger boat to accommodate our growing family in the fall 2022. We are prior Nautique owners and know the quality, reliability, and capability of the brand for +24 yrs.Nate Sikora (Dry Dock salesman) was great to work with as we moved to purchase our boat. He was helpful in addressing our questions and needs and took a no pressure, honest, and candid approach while keeping in periodic communication of inventory, new models coming out, our needs, etc. over a ~5 month period. Nate / Dry Dock presented us with an opportunity to purchase a new, prior season nautique within our budget in January ‘23. We moved forward on this opportunity. After purchase, the Dry Dock team worked to seamlessly title the boat and ensured we had the boat to start lake season. Our positive Dry Dock experience was drastically different compared to our Fall visit to a central Indiana nautique dealer who never followed up or took our interest serious. We have had a couple minor items with our new boat to remedy (not Dry Dock issue) and Dry Dock has been great to work with resolving them via Correct Craft warranty. We would not hesitate to purchase from Dry Dock again and would encourage others looking to purchase a watercraft / boat to consider Dry Dock marina in their search.

Bill and Linda have done an amazing job at turning the place around. They are always very helpful and hardworking. Time and time again they have been exceptionally kind. It’s hard to find such quality in people these days.

Terrible business owners. Never open during the hours they have posted online. Drove out twice and always closed. No business hours posted on the door of the building. I will spend my money somewhere else. I try to spend it local on small businesses but ended up driving to Cabelas to buy what I needed. Thanks for wasting my gas and time!

This place is a rip off. They tell you a price then charge more without telling you. They had my boat for over two months, after I repeatedly called them and was told my boat was coming up they finally told me they never intended on working on it. Just left it setting out in the lot. You will be sorry. The new owner is by far worse than the previous one. Can't keep help because of this.

So happy the new owners took over this business. They are quick, courteous and fair. Plus they do a great job fixing motors and getting your boat back in the water. This is a huge asset for the reservoir and I thank them for all their work.

The Michael Family took over Dry Dock Marina about two years ago. I loved Chanette, the previous owner, but the Michaels are trying to run a tight ship and have made some positive changes such as painting, getting newer inventory, and tweaking customer service. I think they are doing a great job so far! They have implemented some new guidelines, payment options, etc., which seem to help with an overall smooth-running operation. Give them an opportunity to serve you!

Tried to buy a pontoon trailer , Linda called me and said a guy bought one got it home and it didn't work for his pontoon so she said (Linda) that they were gonna let him bring it back if I was interested, Linda called me Thursday at 11:30 a.m and said the guy was bringing the trailer back that afternoon if I wanted to look at it she would hold it ,I told her that I work nights wouldn't be able to look till Friday Linda said that's fine she will hold it till I was able to look, so she calls me Friday at 10:00 a.m and said the trailer is at the marina when I get a chance look at it, so I go to look at the trailer at 3:00 p.m and she's talking to the guy who she sold the trailer to out from under me and then lied to my face and said she forgot that he looked at it Thursday afternoon, but I talked To her Thursday morning and she told me she would hold it, that's before the guy even brought the trailer back so he couldn't have looked at it before she and I talked (lies), the sad part about it was I talked to her wedsday also and really enjoyed it, told my wife how nice these new owners were and it turns out linda is all about the money like the last ones and to top it off she didn't even tell me she was sorry for selling it out from under me, I just expected more out of her generation I guess but its not surprising new owners same mind set, your word should mean more than a few hundred bucks but they won't get another dime from me or my family.
