“My alternator went out and my truck died about 1/2 mile from this AutoZone store. A kind gentleman jump started my truck and followed me to this store. I explained my situation to Josh and Hakeem, and I could not have asked for better assistance to get my truck back on the road. They provided me the tools I needed to remove my battery and placed it on the charger. While it was charging, Josh offered to look up my account to see if I’d replaced the alternator before. He found that I had, and that it had a lifetime warranty. He provided me the new alternator, and while I was waiting for my battery to charge he loaned me the tools I needed to switch it out in the parking lot. By the time I had the new alternator installed my battery was fully charged, and I was on my way. I can’t say enough good things about Josh and Hakeem, their professionalism, and the way they provided outstanding customer service.Thanks AutoZone!”
“Me and my friends were out driving when our alternator died. We were almost 2 hours from home when we walked over to the orileys and asked if they could assist us. This wonderful angel of a man came over and helped us get my car over to the store where he replaced the alternator and charged our battery. Saved our butts. “Sadly, only 5 stars to give. On vacation when my oil pressure light came on. Drove 10 miles into Seymour on Saturday afternoon, but no shops were open. Went to Advance to buy a sender unit. I asked if they knew anyone who could install it for me, and Dakotah (who works there) said he could do it after 5:00. I asked if he could do it in the parking lot of the golf course, and he said he would. Turns out, it started raining buckets about 20 minutes later, and he changed it in the absolutely pouring rain.
