Treat employees poor like they can’t attend their family’s funeral as if everyone stays alive forever. No job is worth that. Probably prejudice which is suspect. Whoever manages should just reassess their life to call someone so desperate to lie about death like that in order to have time off. Pathetic and this is supposed to be the country of dream life.

Cashier upfront was super wonderful, but the women working back in furniture was just not very friendly when asked about their full size bed availability. We recently had issues with a bed that was less than 3 months sinking in that cost over 2800 and she said well if ours does that we won't take it back. I wasn't trying to buy it on credit I wanted to buy it outright but it's okay we found a great bed and even better customer service at Ollie's! If you can't be friendly don't work customer service.

The fact that you are purchasing stuff in their store, and are now made to pay for bags to carry those products out is just d*** greed. And most of the products now can be bought at a normal store for the same price or lower!! Don't take my word for it!! Walk around and compare some of the prices!! If it's not on clearance, it's not a deal anymore! But I will give 3 stars as the store is always organized and clean.
