Don't do business with them. Their salesmen (James) don't really seem like they want to sell. It took forever to get a response from him wether it be via email or text, and when I did receive responses they were very vague. I didn't bother to ask questions because it took more than a day to respond. Had a car at a good price, but I'd rather pay more $ and get better service than pay less and have to hound a salesmen when I'm ready to buy a vehicle. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Lol. Won't be spending my money with them.

This dealership and the friendly staff made our buying experience very simple and easy. This was our first time car shopping with Bob Poynter dealerships and while we don't plan on purchasing another car in the very near future when that times comes again you can guarantee this is where we will come back to shop. Because we live and hour south of Seymour our process started over the phone when I spoke with Louis. They held the car for me for several days until we could make it there. Louis was great very professional and friendly and to be honest everyone we engaged with was friendly, professional and most importantly we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Including our test drive we were in and out with our new car in a very short amount of time.

The best customer service you’ll ever receive while purchasing a vehicle! We were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign papers on our new vehicles! Made sure I was taken care of with a loaner while my SUV went back to the dealership to get a dent fixed! He is the best of the best, and he has all our business moving forward!

Writing on behalf of my in-laws who wanted to share about their experience. Very easy to work with. Friendly staff, informative, relaxed buying process. The salesman,Kevin, was very helpful and kind. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Absolutely worth the hour drive it took to get out there. Fair pricing and great people makes this dealership stand out from other dealerships.

My experience with this dealership started with a simple Facebook messenger conversation. Erick Mays reached out to me after me showing some interest on another post. This conversation lead to him going above and beyond to deliver what I would consider better than 5 star service. He brought me a vehicle to home in Brownsburg IN to test drive overnight and the next day. To me, this was just 5 star service. What other dealership have you heard of doing this. The fact that he didn't write me off in the beginning was a huge thing for me because I did have negative equity in my truck. The next day my wife and I traveled south to the dealership to meet the new car sales manager Billy Brown. He was extremely friendly and walked me through different scenarios that could accomplish what I wanted to do. This biggest thing was that everyone seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and not be pushy as typical sales people can be. Long story short, I left with a new vehicle and a lower interest rate and lower payment. They are saving me and my family around $150 a month. I would HIGHLY recommend there services!

I would like to start of by saying that Bob Poynter GM staff are incredibly attentive to their customers needs. My husband and I have bought 3 cars from them and have received outstanding service in all 3 transactions. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, however, I have to say that Clint Waskom is mine and my husbands favorite salesman. Billy Brown (the finance guru) is a numbers magician who worked his magic with the loan companies to provide us with a smooth buy and sell process. My family will continue doing business with our Bob Poynter GM family on all future sales.

DO NOT TAKE BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!They destroyed my vehicle after talking w these people on regular basis and refuse any compensation stating that it was a former employer and they aren't responsible. I am from out of town and my truck broke down on the way thru Indiana. They claimed it would be a week before they could look at it. I went back to WV. After a week they said it they couldn't do anything with it. I told them I would arrange sell of the truck. While I was arranging time to bring the title the Sales Manager recycles it and kept the money. What's worse is I lost everything in the truck. I was in constant contact with the service team team and they assured me I was ok to do this. The sales manager did this just before he quit, Bob Poynter refuses to take responsibility for his actions while on their payroll. After calling and trying to have a reasonable conversation with Tom the service manager he says it not his problem and offered no solution. I didn't even want money I was an apology. He could even do that. They fell so secure and entitled in the position they don't care how they treat people! Please support other companies that aren't trying to screw over the little guy. Buyer BewareUpdate July 9, 2019 I was compensated for my vehicle and feel a fair resolution was reached. I don't like what happened but it looks like a fluke occurrence and glimpse in a long successful history of Bob Poynter

I told Eric what i was looking for at the price range i wanted and he got-er-done in a fast,calming way.I loved it,went in drove the vehicle by the time we got back we were cleaning out my car. no hassales,no 4-5hrs.waiting,getting aggravated, just Signed and drove away with a full tank of gas.Thanks Eric Mays.4sure sending my friends and family your way bro. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the past 5 years. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. The sales team was very relaxed and casual yet very responsive and attentive to my wants and needs. They are extremely professional. No high pressure sales :) With the fair and honest pricing, both vehicles were a great deal. I will continue to return to this dealership for future purchases.
