So here is my story. I woke up one morning and my phone was completely dead. Wouldn't charge at all. I finally made it to the store 1 hour before they closed. Had my wife, kids and groceries in the car. Should have been a simple stop. Get a new phone and go home. But I was about to embark on a 4 day quest. That still isn't solved. Maybe tomorrow they say.
My trouble started when the store tried to sell me a display model that was mislabeled in the safe. After an hour of trying to figure out why that phone wouldn't work the store was closed. But I was still there. Trying to get a phone. They already had charged me for a phone and couldn't even refund my money. I was there for 2 hours and left with nothing. Not even my money.
Had to stop by the next day and get my refund.
Being aggravated,I decided to order a phone online from Cricket online store. I should mention that I could get a better phone a lot cheaper than I could in the actual store. So we decided to buy a new phone for my wife as well. My wife's order went through just fine. But after I checked out, I received a notification that my order couldn't be processed because of the previous issue had not been resolved in the system. But the purchase was pending in my bank account. So the following morning I called the online store. I called 4 times between 8am and 4pm. Each time was on hold for 10+ minutes. Each time I was told the system was down and that I should call back in a hour.
So now today I call again. On hold for 15 minutes.
They sent my wife's phone to the wrong address, told me to go back to the store. After lots of arguing I think the issue is fixed.
I'm a 10 year loyal customer. Never been late on a payment with 4 lines. I should not have been treated like this. No compensation for all my trouble.
Will definitely be looking into other cellphone service.

I go to the store on Thursday and it tells me that it is open, but when I arrive it is closed and has a sign that he went to eat and returns at 4:30, it is 6 pm and it is still closed

They seem polite and courteous. The company itself and its ways seem pointless on so my levels . Why have employees in the store not be able to problem solve a single issue with a device. We always get <a brochure stating we must contact a customer agent on phone
