CVS offers a standard pharmacy experience where customers can get what they need. The store is clean, and the staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, respectful, and kind, especially when treated with courtesy. Employees go above and beyond, such as calling other pharmacies to assist with insurance and prescriptions. However, some note that service at the drive-through could be improved with better communication. While generally reliable, the pharmacy does not accept Medicaid, which can be a limitation for some customers.

They should try using common courtesy towards their customers. At their drive though. It doesn't take much to post a sign letting people know you're close since most the time you have the metal curtain down .
