I've never had a bad experience with Enterprise. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and took her time going over everything and didn't rush me out the door. My XM radio didn't work and that was refunded without any issues.

These folks right here were super friendly. It was obvious that I was not in good shape mentally, and they were so sweet to me and got me in and out of there within just a few minutes. The lady and the man are valuable employees
