The guys inside are very nice. Great service as well as quick. The issue is honestly beyond their control; the prices are absurd. That's not the workers fault, by any means, but you can get the same stuff at Target or Walmart for much much cheaper. Sometimes more than half price. They do have some exclusive, rare, or items that you can't get anywhere else but they're so expensive it's almost not worth it honestly lol sorry guys it's not your fault but GS needs to do something with themselves because the prices have gotten insane.

Definitely amazing employees! They helped me start my Pokémon battling journey the easiest way with recommendations and made sure my rewards info was up to date. This is my preferred go to for Pokémon cards compared to the prices of other stores! Also they have some of the best selections of games for playstations, pc, and nintendos on their website at jaw dropping prices you can’t beat anywhere else that you can pick up in store or have delivered to your residence. The employees are also amazing at telling you where to find specific items or games you’re looking for in store or if you need to order online or go to another store for the specific item. They’re also super nice about it and very willing to help you. Upgrading to pro is super worth it when they ask if you want to spend the $10 or so to do it for an entire year!

Never went to this GameStop before. Went a couple weeks ago to buy a Pokémon Scarlet & Violet themed Nintendo Switch. The gentleman who opened the store did so on time and was prompt and courteous. He asked if I needed anything, went and received it immediately from the back once I asked, and was really kind during the transaction. While the selection was a bit smaller than the Columbus location, the customer service was better than any experience I've received from the Columbus store.
