“It's a gym. I can go in, get my workout done and go home. I don't have to wait for equipment I want to use for my workout and the place stays clean. That's all you can ask for in a gym. I feel the negative review about the place not supporting police was an off duty cop who didn't get their way. I never and I mean NEVER find anything like used needles and other junk laying around. I'll stay with this gym as long as they stay around ❤️??”
“So great! No better way to start the day than conquering a physical challenge that pushes each person's limit. Then getting to turn to your right and left and high five the folks that just did the same thing. I can't help but leave with a smile each time I go. Their coaching is fantastic and the community is kind. I love this place!”
