The most expensive part of our MacBook broke (the screen) and was unusable. We took our laptop in for repair and was given options to choose from that worked best for us. We’re so thankful he took the time to make sure we didn’t lose quality with the new screen he replaced our old broken one with! You can truly see they care about their clients and their quality of work! We haven’t had one issue with our MacBook since!

My phone totally got messed up, I am a senior and had lots of family help. To no avail! Stopped in at the cpr store and after six or so hits my screen was back to normal. Thank you very much!

Needed my charging port cleaned. Couldn't get my plug to go all the way in. I tried to do it myself but it wasn't good enough. Took it in and 5 minutes later it was like new! Cheaper than buying a new phone.

I dropped my phone and thought I had broke my screen. I brought it into CPR and they told me to come back in an hour. I came back and they told me I had just disconnected something by dropping it. They were nice enough to just charge me a small fee to fix it. Thank you for being so kind!

Unfortunately, my iPad's issue could not able to be solved, but they communicated with me regularly throughout the process to share the different troubleshooting steps they were on and anticipated resolutions. Even though I am still having problems with it I am happy that we ruled out some issues!

Our son’s iPad was repaired exactly as they said it would be and within just a couple days. Setting up the appointment online was very simple. Both drop off and pick up were quick and easy. We’re very happy with our experience.

Very satisfied. I went in to have my iPhone 11 battery replaced. It was replaced in an hour and a half. They were very pleasant to work with and competent.

We went in after months of dealing with a playstation 5 turning on & off randomly & no where else could figure out 100% why. Within 10-15 minutes they had looked it over & said it just needed cleaned super well. they cleaned it gave it back & it works perfectly now :)
Very fair & reasonably priced for the services that they provide!

They are very misleading on the phone. They will quote a price for a repair but it’s not an actual legitimate option. If you want the real repair expect to pay 3x or 4x what’s quoted.
