They worked eith my insurance company and everything went very smooth. Everyone I dealt with there were so kind. They kept me updated on the progress of my car and answered all of my questions. “Had a small hole in my radiator so I took it over to Punchy’s expecting to drop it off and pick up once repaired. When he looked at my radiator he asked me if I had 10 minutes so he could fix it right now. I was shocked, he took it and repaired it while I stood there. He then pressurized it placed it under water to make sure it no longer leaked. Within 10 minutes I had my radiator back. What’s even more amazing is the price was half what I was expecting!

“I Highly recommend this store! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and welcomed . I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They treated me like an old friend. I came in to get my alternator tested. Ethan was fast an efficient and made suggestions as to where to look next to fix my problem and when I asked for a ring connector he walked me right to the shelf and assisted me in picking out the right one for the job. “Mike and Samantha were fantastic. They worked around my schedule, and also went above and beyond what I asked. I came to Mike for some installs of a bigger turbo and new shocks in the rear. While he was doing this, he also investigated my front suspension briefly (he already had to take it off to install the new turbo) at no extra cost, he wired my access port and OBD port to look much cleaner in the car with no exposed wires, and he even flashed my new big turbo tune for me before I got the car. And he did all of this in one day. I will be coming back”
