“They have a private entrance for the cats so there aren’t any run ins with eager, playful doggos. We’ve seen two doctors and they have both been attentive. The staff and technicians really shine bright here - always so sweet and helpful.
They try to have a few open slots in the schedule for emergency visits. Super helpful when there was an issue we needed help with.
I recommend taking your furry family here!”
“I had to take my dog Jax there yesterday and the staff was some of the kindest I’ve encountered. There was a young male vet tech with short hair and glasses and I wish I could remember his name, but he sat with me while I cried and was so helpful and reassuring. Love this place❤️”
“We added a new member to our family, her name is Mia, we adopted her March 5 from a family in Indianapolis. Our sweet boy Mickie got extremely sick about a week after Mia came home, come to find out it could have been caused by Giardia from the new pup. Mickie tested negative but Mia came back with three parasites, I should have quarantined, my daughter's pitties were also introduced to her, they were tested and thank goodness they were negative. We have come to Greentown hospital for 15 years and have been very happy with their services. I did call and speak with the front desk and had some questions and requested that a certain person to give me a call back.
I have had no phone call and even sent a letter through their website and have not heard a word. At this point I am concerned, I will do whatever it takes to keep my furbabies safe and healthy, this should always be first with the veterinarians as well, it is also their job to make sure everything has been answered and taken care of especially if their is more than one loved one involved. I will EDIT this after I call them and discuss the situation as I absolutely love this vet hospital, then again there is other vets around that can handle situations differently and show more concern than I was shown.”

“Our formerly stray orange Taby presented with a torn paw and severe cold, among other things an outdoor cat has. Rusty received great care, diagnosis and treatment. He has visited 3 times and is now thriving, having gained weight and playing. A new cat. The techs and vets are terrific.”

“We have worked with Dr. Todd for 6 years for our animal needs. Their staff have always treated us with compassion, knoweldgeable communication, and helpfulness. We appreciate that he is doing something in Indiana that is not common: combining normal board licensed medical vet care with holistic supports. We will continue to go back to him for help, and because we travel so far to get there (over an hour) we always call ahead of time to confirm the reason we need a visit is something that needs to be done in person. Sometimes it can be worked with by phone and them sending stuff in the mail. Thank you for being there for us folks who value holistic care.”
