You go up north and the employees act like you're putting them out to have them do their job, but down here, they're eager to help and always serve me with a very neighborly attitude. “The reviews on this page are more of a reflection of USPS as a whole, however the lowell branch is extremely friendly and fast. They do have high prices but that is expected shipping with a premier service. I would stay away from buying any packaging or labels here due to cost. However, the staff is always friendly and knowledgable.”
