“The store is Super clean and well stocked. The Gentleman that work in the store deliver exceptional customer service. 2 weeks ago, I needed to purchase new wiper blades and oil for 1 of my vehicles and older gentleman who was working ( I wished I would have gotten his name) assisted me with what I needed, going the extra mile to put the wiper blades on for me and check my oil. Today my brother in-law went to the store to pick-up a new battery for my other vehicle and was assisted with our purchase by young man named Trenton Davis. Once again they delivered exceptional customer service. One couldn't ask for a better shopping experience. “Ppl very nice. Do fantastic work on collision repairs. I've had 3 vehicles repaired there. They do such a good job when I went to trade them in the salesman looking the car over said you'd never know this vehicle had been in an accident. (This was at Hubler Ford) I said well it better be that good it was your collision center that repaired it. LOLThey really do excellent work. My son has also used them too many times, they did excellent work on his too.”

“My son had a flat tire on the outskirts of Shelbyville. We couldn't get his spare out of the trunk. The fix-a-flat oozed out of multiple holes, and AAA Wrecker was 3 hours out.I called several shops in town on a Friday night for the tire we needed as I figured I could get the tire swapped out on the rim? No one had our tire except for Wal-Mart.With an hour to close, they said they THOUGHT they could squeeze me in?Seth was extremely kind and understanding when I got there. I didn't get his last name, and I tried to tip him for getting me done so quickly, but he refused the tip and actually looked a little surprised that I would even offer! But Seth REALLY HELPED us out of a tight spot, and I really appreciate the service we received.”

“Purchased an Airdog 4G 165 for my 06 LBZ Duramax after experiencing low fuel pressure issues towing 14k+ lbs in the mountains of NC. Pump appears quality, is very quiet not heard in the cab and the extra filtration can't hurt. Haven't had pump long enough to review but had my first experience with Customer Service and it deserves comment. The wrong mounting plate was shipped with my pump so I called Airdog (DieselRX) and spoke with a Tech. He profusely apologized and stated next day cut off was 20 min earlier but he would do his best to ship same day. We'll the next day I had the mounting plate here by lunch, from IN to NC. You cannot ask for better customer service and I highly recommend this company as a result. I look forward to my pump lasting many miles and feel confident Airdog will be there if it doesn't. Thanks!”
“The owners, Rusty and Patty, are really good, honest people. One time I accidentally put some higher priced scrap in the lower priced bin. They let me know about it and put it in with the higher price scrap. I would have never known but they didn’t take advantage of me.Also, Pettit’s Usually pays the highest in scrap prices. We used to live close by but moved and now we’re closer to SAP. However, I still make the trip to them because of the honesty and helpfulness of everyone there. I’m Usually in and out in under 15 minutes.”
