“Pay attention to what they verbally tell you and what they put on paper. They tried to rip me off for almost $400. They also messed with my brand new spark plugs making them misfire. So I would have to come back. Smh. My normal mechanic was super busy at the time. But when I told him the car was still messing up after they "Fixed" it. He came up there and all of a sudden it was a whole different ball game. He called them out!”

“I have a Lincoln Town Car that had a really bad air suspension problem. I had called our local dealership and they couldn't do anything until the end of December. I decided to call Midas and told them my problem. They said to just bring it by and they would check it out. I drop it off and they called me back explaining what was wring with the suspension and how much it was going to cost, but they would need to keep it overnight. The next day, they called me and said that what the repair had not worked and it would be best to go with a conversion kit to a coil suspension. So I said ok to that.The car rides really smooth.I see that this location has some bad reviews, and I was a little leery about going there, but since I didn't think it was safe to drive the car with a bad suspension, and the fact that they were able to check it way faster than the dealership could, I decided to go ahead and try them out.These guys did an awesome job by me. They explained what they needed to do, then they explained the best route to go, and they never tried to pressure me into performing any unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Midas. You definitely earned a five-star rating from me today!”

They do such a good job when I went to trade them in the salesman looking the car over said you'd never know this vehicle had been in an accident. (This was at Hubler Ford) I said well it better be that good it was your collision center that repaired it. LOLThey really do excellent work. The fix-a-flat oozed out of multiple holes, and AAA Wrecker was 3 hours out.I called several shops in town on a Friday night for the tire we needed as I figured I could get the tire swapped out on the rim? No one had our tire except for Wal-Mart.With an hour to close, they said they THOUGHT they could squeeze me in?Seth was extremely kind and understanding when I got there. I didn't get his last name, and I tried to tip him for getting me done so quickly, but he refused the tip and actually looked a little surprised that I would even offer! But Seth REALLY HELPED us out of a tight spot, and I really appreciate the service we received.”
