Why would a CVS pharmacy be closed on Saturday? A day when most working people run their errands. Sunday would make more sense!

I've been on the same medicine now for over 2 years, its not one time been fast or easy to get the prescription. I've actually considered going off the meds because of it. Always huge lines. They don't know when my precipitation is supposed to be filled. I gave to call dr office multiple times a month to get cvs to actually fill it.

Why are the employees at this store ALWAYS so miserable? I literally watched the cashier become so rude and disrespectful to 3 customers. I'm tired of poor customer service.

The older woman with short brown hair and glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful. While I'm front of my 4 year old son. She did a great job of making me feel as if I was nothing. She was/is just plane out mean

My son has to be without his medication CONSISTENTLY because your store does not have it in stock. I realize that it's a higher cost, but he's a regular customer so you know that every month at the same time he will need it refilled.
Doesn't have a guaranteed sale every month mean anything to you?

The people in the pharmacy are so rude it's unbelievable everytime I have gone they (don't have my prescription) and make me call my doctor back even tho the doctor will always say the same thing no they do have it I sent it sooo fed up with the pharmacy staff here unfortunately this is the only cvs in my town

So I've been taking the same medication for years. I get it filled the same day every single time but when they mess up and forget to fill it they have two lies they will fall back on. 1. It was too early to fill it but we can get it ready now...
2. We do not fill controlled substances with out you first calling us to request it be filled. I've been dealing with this for so long I've spoken to Corp, my insurance and my doctors. These are lies to distance the blame of incompetence.
I expect going forward to hear simple truth, we haven't been able to fill it yet is completely fine being thats the truth. Do not lie to me or anyone else it's so distasteful.
Now I'm going to have to have my Dr write my next script for a day less just to keep the same schedule I've had for years.
But that's how often CVS does this we have figured out how to manage without relying on them to do their jobs right. And honestly I don't even really need to do that my insurance will still fill it the same day as I said I have spoken with them multiple times. I just have them write it a day short so CVS CAN'T LIE to me anyway.
Maybe I am wrong but I have better expectations than this for companies such as this. Honestly every single one has gone to crap CVS is no exception.

Terrible service, they treat people really bad, my doctor send prescription to start ASAP and I just call them and their answers was sorry we can give you that until tomorrow I explain it was kind of a emergency and the lady told me I ALREADY TOLD YOU UNTIL TOMORROW and she hang up on me.

The pharmacy was extremely busy, however the staff were very efficient as well as professional.I received very good customer service & assistance. It would be nice if the store were bigger as well as the parking lot. It is very difficult to get out of parking spot due to it being so small. Overall the pharmacy is doing an excellent job.
