The pharmacy was extremely busy, however the staff were very efficient as well as professional.I received very good customer service & assistance. It would be nice if the store were bigger as well as the parking lot. It is very difficult to get out of parking spot due to it being so small. Overall the pharmacy is doing an excellent job.

I went to the dr at 8 am this morning I tested positive for strep and Covid. The dr told me to start the paxlovid and penicillin as soon as I got home. I kept checking the app and they were in Progress. Finally at 2:30 I called. They are running 2 days behind because they are short staffed. Ok. I’ll transfer them to Kroger. I don’t have 2 days. “We’ll put a rush on them and have them ready by 3:30. So I checked the app at 3:30. It said all 3 were ready for pick up. I drive my sick self there and the line was in the street. Great system they have there. So I waited. And waited. I finally made it to the window. Only to be told “ your Covid medicine is ready but the other 2 were just called in. It will be 20-30 minutes. “No they weren’t. They were all called in together. I’ve been checking the app all day”“No ma’am, they were just called in”. I told her not to bother filling them. I’d have them transferred. I’m sick. I’m not coming back out”. Her response-“ok. That’s fine. You do what you need to do”WHAT?!??!?Not even 2 minutes later, “the pharmacist went ahead and filled them for you”If she is that fast, why is there a line in the street? I’m sick. Not stupid. I was lied to twice in a matter of minutes. I’m transferring all my scripts.

Time for Second CVS in this Town. They are running at lest 24 hour behind on filling scps. And they will give you 30 days on a 90 day somebody at the state level needs to look into this store

Terrible switched pharmacy's. Patty there customer care attendant in Pharmacy is Very Rude. Her attitude is not the Best you can tell she does not like her job dealing with the public. So she needs to retire or else find a different Job. The outside of this store is in very bad shape. Is dirty with trash scattered all about. Needs a good clean up. Sure sets a bad example to the downtown area. Been using this store since I moved here and now changing all because.of one person's Attitude.

Pharmacists clearly hate their job. Unhelpful and rude. Practically told us that because their last day was Saturday they didn’t want to be bothered helping. Said “it’s whatever” about crucial medication. Get a new career.

Jennifer went above and beyond with me. I had a question about pharmacy, and they were having phone trouble. She dropped everything to run to pharmacy, and take care of me...GREAT JOB!!

Drive-through was closed due to not enough people to work it ? I guess the 8 to 10 people working isn't enough ? I don't know what's the difference from people in the drive through to people standing in line. Expect for those who have health problem having to stand there.

I would give it zero stars if I could. My mother in law fills her prescriptions at this store once in a while and has told me how rude they treat her. Well, I witnessed it tonight and instead of apologizing when my husband went inside to report the encounter, they were rude to him as well and the Pharmacy manager threatened to have him escorted out because he told her that she needed to have her employees act more professionally. I hope people stop using their service and either the entire pharmacy staff is replaced or closed. Customer service is hard but getting irritated with customers over mistakes that their Dr makes in ordering prescriptions and mumbling under your breath, telling the customer well this was a special order, none of those things are professional. And she DID raise her voice, I was standing right next to her and I also raised my voice and told my mother in law that the treatment she was receiving was p!ss!ng me off. My husband’s older brother also went in with him so he also has a witness as to how these people treat their customers. Patty needs to retire or find a job better suited to her dislike of having to deal with customers and Amanda, the manager, should probably follow her.

They are so rude and never get my prescriptions ready the day I call and make it like it is my fault that I didn’t pick them up when I go up there twice and still aren’t ready they don’t send messages even if you are signed up when they are ready. The pharmacist just act like they don’t want to help anybody or maybe it’s because of the medication that I do take. They are completely rude to me every time on the phone and in person, it’s embarrassing when I have to go there in person it’s out of hand and I speak to somebody in charge! I have never been to a pharmacy where all the staff are rude! And have horrible customer service.

This is only the second time I’ve used this location. The pharmacist, a middle aged man, was really short and definitely seemed put off like I was just one more thing to “deal with”. I needed some advisement on a particularly expensive medication, and instead of offering expertise and help, it just seemed like he was kind of trying to argue with me? The tech was also not helpful or welcoming. When I asked a question about whether the medication had been run through my insurance, she just kept leaning out the window making it very obvious that there was a line behind me. She said if I wanted to give my insurance card, I’d have to come inside. They don’t take insurance cards through the drive-thru… To be honest, I felt like I had waited my 15 minutes in line and I deserved their full attention and service when it was my turn.Honestly, it mostly left me with a sad feeling. 1. For all the people who work there. I don’t know what is causing such a negative and toxic work environment, but cvs definitely has the resources to be offering incentives and team building and all the other elements that could help improve the environment for them. 2. For the people who visit there and really need help. Someone could be coming to get their cancer medication, or caregiving for a loved one in a suffering or heartbreaking situation…the bottom line is if you are visiting a pharmacy you’re probably not having the best day to start with. So, it’s like being kicked when you’re already down.I hope someone can remind these people how important they are and how important the purpose of what they do every day is. They can help so many people, and making a person’s day who is already struggling with illness is so much more rewarding than kicking them while they’re already down.

Dear management,Bring back 24 hour pharmacyAnd please have someone clean the parking lot up. The negligence has made cvs easily the most disgusting parking lot in town. Needles and booze bottles laying around, trash blowing about piling up. It looks awful and well..trashy.

Always has been a great CVS. Pretty reliable. Now they changed their hours to where they aren’t 24 hours. Really stinks for this town because that was the one place that was 24 hours.

Online hours are incorrect for the pharmacy! Both on Google and on CVS's own website! Closes at 9pm on weeknights and 6pm on weekends. I'm sure it's tough to get help but you have to make sure the online info is correct! I drove 20 minutes each way for nothing and that's just rude!

If you are in recovery don't even try to go here. They will treat you terribly and make it as hard as possible to get your prescription. Heck they even make it difficult to get my infants reflux medicine. Switched to Kroger and they have been great. Wish I had switched sooner.
