Great experiences at my Shelbyville Kroger. Great staff, place is always packed with items I need. The pharmacy stuff is very helpful for questions I've had too. Highly recommend!

This the worst Kroger I have ever been to and I'm from Cincinnati... They had a lady literally tweeking out running around doing spins and being rude to customers. This lady got rude with me and then tried to put my bag in my cart while flying it through the air almost hits my daughter trying to do so. So I said something and she started say there's cameras you can watch them. This place is trash they have the rudest employees

Go there regularly for years, very few problems ever over years of service, and few problems I've had I'm uncertain weather it was the Dr office, pharmacy, or insurance giving the issue. Very happy with service and continue to be a customer

I had to switch from CVS to Kroger in jan because my ins dropped CVS. It's now sept 2022. Not once has Kroger had my medicines before I ran completely out. I'm a diabetic and have high blood pressure and other health problems. The staff has straight up called me a liar and I'm talking about "Diane" a pharmacist. We discussed my prescriptions and she told me they had all of them and what time to come pick them up yesterday and today denied ever having any such conversation with me. I had my speaker phone on and my caretaker listened to every word said between us. Today she told me my Drs office did not send all my scripts to them.. said she called Dr wedlocks office and they wont send another one because they already sent one. She told me she didnt have to talk to me if she didnt want to. Said I could take it up with themanger. .hung up on me

We go here every week. Everything we have gotten has been super fresh. We love using the Kroger app because you can get digital coupons. I also have coupons mailed to me that have been generated through the app. I save a lot of money by shopping here. The only thing I do not like is how small the aisles feel, and how slow the check out lines are during the weekends. But I understand that some businesses are hurting right now due to being understaffed. Still completely recommend.

Better and cleaner than your average Kroger store. Usually well stocked and is much quicker since adding self check out lanes. Pharmacy staff a little rude sometimes but overall a decent place to shop and not deal with Walmart mess.
